They will not disclose what they're even charging you for until you ask for a break down. Their break down consists of arbitrary numbers that they just make up as they go along. I like them at first until my bill mysteriously went up without explanation. The further I looked into it, the more I realized that they're running a racket. I am asking to be reimbursed for what they've over charged me for and if they don't oblige, I'm going to the state board, as well as contacting an attorney. I really should report them regardless just so they're investigated and it doesn't happen to anyone else, but I'm trying to give them a chance and keep my word. We will see what they do.
