I came back later and someone was there but then they gave me some song and dance about reporting to Medicare. So either they do or don't deal with insurance. It's not clear and I am not about to deal with this ambiguity.

She took the time to examine me, she immediately identified my trouble areas (some I knew, some I didn't know), as we went through the adjustments she took the time to explain things to me, and was super pleasant to work with. Because yes, it's a problem with the insurance but, whoever checked our insurance that first day at the office and only charged us $50 made the mistake to not see the issue with the insurance, because we were literally told by the doctor " the insurance covered it, it will only be $50." Any professional business would Admit that and move forward.
