We ordered a lot of doors from Winell Lee. The called us for the delivery and we full paid for our order. If we didn't count the doors, we would have been unaware that some were on back order. We had to call the sales office to find out there was a delay. After a month or so, we emailed the saleswoman and she called this morning and said they could be here in a hour. The truck arrived with one person to unload the doors. My husband just got out of the hospital. The saleswoman seemed surprised that my husband couldn't help unload the truck. She called and said she didn't know he had just gotten out of the hospital. I asked what difference it should have made? Why would any company expect the homeowner to unload a truck? read more
