I have to say HENRY BROTHERS, specifically JASON was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and immediately started to educate me on how to file an ins. claim and the process involved. Since I've never filed a claim this saved me hrs. in time on what questions I had or the steps I needed to take. It must be noted that, Jason arrived within 20 minutes of my call on a very busy morning after Cookeville experienced extreme winds and rain (I'm sure most roofing contractors are swamped right now after last night). Henry Brothers was my first call and I am extremely happy with the responsiveness of the crew to temporarily cover my open roof where the ridge cap and shingles basically blew off and tons of water entered my home last night.
