ChatGPT recommended this place when I asked for a reliable service that had good reviews to help me amend a return. One of the tax prep guys answered the phone, Curtis. I told him how I'd filed already, and recently realized I had forgotten to declare something I'd never needed to file before. He was matter-of-fact about how best to go forward as well as what made the most sense with money owed (to IRS and for his services). He listened to me and was polite. I didn't bother calling other ChatGPT recommendations. I definitely recommend reaching out to them if you need a hand with taxes. read more
