The agents have no problem at all taking the time out of their day to answer any questions and look through your policy to get the information you're seeking clarification on. It's nice to not feel like they're too busy to answer questions or even explain changes in your policy you may want to make. Yesterday I stopped into the west plains office because the app wasn't working correctly and I needed to open a claim after hitting a deer in the morning. I spoke with Lacey (I believe) who was at the front desk and she was so kind and compassionate despite my lack of a clear train of thought. She took down the information of the accident, explained the process and within 45 minutes of leaving the office I had notifications on my phone that a claim was opened for me with the claim number. Having an insurance company that doesn't treat you just like a policy number, especially after an accident makes stressful situations so much easier to deal with.
