We called and person at dickeys was trying to be helpful but nothing they can do on their end to make it right since it's technically not their restaurant. It was awful! I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and received a tiny eighth of a pound of burnt burger with 1 1/2 pieces of bacon that was practically all fat and nothing else on it. No condiments, no sauce... no nothing. My husband ordered the bad ass burger and paid for extra things on it, and none of the extra toppings came with it, and his was burnt as well. The meat was so dry, we couldn't even doctor it up with our own ingredients at the house that we ended up throwing our meals away. The guy at Dickey's who answered our phone call said, it's really common that they are out of ingredients and not able to make a full order. If that is true, then they should've canceled our order or not fulfilled it and sent a half of an order. He also mentioned that the food ordering is the general manager's job to track the inventory but they just got a new GM. Either way. The food was awful and the cost is the same as any other restaurant. I do not recommend it!

They wouldn't give me his number. Incredibly rude and condescending. Said they can't do anything. I told them it's a national promotion and they just didn't care. Is this normal??
