My reaction "not my problem if weather is not allowing driver to pick up dumpster" no one told me this before I rented dumpster. The resolve that was told to me was for me to clear and snow around d dumpster. Again not my job I am disabled with a back issues and can not shovel anything every again. I was told that's what I have to do to make pick possible. I then stated I will give your driver a shovel and he/she can shovel whatever they need removed. I was then threaten with additional charges be cause they would have issues with pick up. Check all contract ask every question possible they will bill you for thier inconveniences. I Won't rent here again.
