I was then angry...because clearly the drink could have been cancelled the entire time. My guess is that this has happened before and that this restaurant takes advantage of gringas like me who this happens to to make a quick buck. They came back over-cooked and hard. Every time, the waiter would drop food and practically run away without checking to make sure what he was serving was edible.
