Ordered online at 730pm. Was told 45-48 mins figured it's a Friday give them a little extra time. Arrived in an hour. 25 people waiting inside for orders. I was told once I spoke to the person at the register it would be another hour. This place is so disorganized! They then started taking names and numbers for when they got your order ready. After waiting an hour went in to check and the lady working the register had an attitude cause I was checking on my order. Finally after a 2.5 hour wait the order was ready. Food is cold of course! Update: we received a call about two hours after was supposed to have been ready asking me if I was going to pick it up. I explained there was a mob of people and I was not comfortable to go in and get my food they asked if I wanted a refund not very politely I said yes please and they hung up. I did receive an email today that my order had been cancelled and I received a full refund fortunately. What a joke! ordered our food it said it was going to take up to 73 minutes didn't even go for probably at least 90 minutes and when we got there there was a mob of probably 40 people or more outside waiting for their food. I was so upset and disgusted there was no way I was going to stand in that mob of people not to mention the Sub-Zero temperatures outside. Needless to say we lost money on our order and ended up having to go somewhere else to get food. What a complete and total disappointment not even interested in coming back to try this place!! I have had Wingstop from previous locations before and enjoy their wings. This location, however, took over 2 hours to complete our order. I showed up after the hour it said I would have to wait (it was a Saturday night so understandably busy) and I was asked to write my name and number on a sheet of paper and waiting in my car for about 20 more min. After 30 min I went back in and my order still wasn't ready, I waited for another 40 min before my order was finally done. When I got home, the wings and fries weren't even hot. I don't understand how a place that specializes in wings doesn't have a system more in place to get orders out quickly. Many people were frustrated, especially when told "oh 10 more min" and it was really 40. Will not be buying from this location again, disappointing. read more

Ford Rd., Canton, MI - We placed an order totally over $100. We received updates via text that order was on the way. The delivery driver called and stated the location was closed early. No one at the store attempted to contact us, nor was a refund issued. This is the second time we had an issue (first time was missing half the order). We thought we'd give it another try. This time was even worse. There won't be a third. We called and called and we're continuously disconnected. I don't know if this is the norm, but we will be contacting the BBB. This is essentially stealing. We can't reach anyone and no one will accept our calls. The only good thing was the driver who remained in contact with us. Never again. Wing stop? More like wing steal! This Location is one of the poorest run locations I've ever been too. I actually like the wings, when they are actually cook correctly. Unfortunately, that rarely happens! I've placed 3 orders at this location and each has been messed up. My last order was for a fight night and was 30-40 wings. My entire order was messed up (missing wings and wrong sauces). While they refired my wings, 4 straight customers came in and had wrong orders as well. I'm currently sitting, in the lobby, waiting for my third (and last ever order here) because they forgot 4 of 8 of my wings. No one seems to care, you hear employees talk negatively about customers and there is zero attention to detail. If I want wing stop again, I might drive further away just to find a better location. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. What my boyfriend and I went through was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. We placed an order (Saturday night) and it was originally going to be an hour wait. After waiting an HOUR for just 20 wings, my boyfriend drove there and management told him "they aren't done yet". While he was waiting, he spoke to another guy who's order was supposed to be done at 7:20pm... and it was past 8:10pm at that point. I told my boyfriend just to ask for the money back and cancel the order. Management wrote down his name and number on a notepad and said he will have it back in his account on Tuesday. When we looked in our account, it wasn't there. When he called back, management said it may take up to a week. And didn't give any type of incentive or apology for the inconvenience. Decided to give it a chance, the restaurant is new and it was a Saturday night, probably the busiest time for take out. Made it to the restaurant at 6:30 pm to pick up the food and the place was chaotic. At least 20 people waiting in a small lobby, wondering where their food was. Staff repeatedly told customers to write down their phone numbers and wait in their cars, which would have been fine, but they were not communicative in giving any estimates for people's food, because it seemed to be far longer than estimated. Most of the staff were wearing their masks under their noses. Waited in the car for about 45 minutes and decided to leave. We got a call 15 minutes later that the food was ready, totaling 2 hours after ordering to get everything. We've had bad luck at another location with waiting, so not sure how likely we'll return to this one, even with time to work out the kinks/time to operate during a pandemic. Tried one wing (as by this point we had gotten food somewhere else) and it was tasty, but not necessarily worth a 2 hour wait. read more

I always want to order here, but it turns into an hour to an hour and half wait EVERY TIME. Fried wings take about 7-8 minutes to make. Do a Mass drop in fryer, spin and serve. However, since my family started visiting the WingStop (#1829) in Canton, MI, I can't recall the last time that I fried wings. Although we're fairly regular customers, we travel a lot during the summer months, so it's been a few weeks since we visited. But we're back, and I cannot wait to get my wings! The cooks, Cardi, Richanda, and Temperance, are on point! We order Louisiana rub and lemon pepper, all flats, well-done, with extra seasoning and extra sauce. When either lady is in the kitchen, the wings are perfection! I think of them as the WWW (Wonderful Women of WingStop)! Also, the hostess, Casonja, is always pleasant. She makes me laugh, and seems to genuinely like what she does. This is so refreshing because poor customer service seems to be becoming the norm. Thank you, Cardi, Richanda, Temperance, and Casonja!!
