This Wing Stop is just new, so perhaps the issues are start up. We arrived on a Tuesday at 5:30 pm and there were two parties in line. Now here in South Texas when we say parties we mean Family groups with capitol F, half a dozen preteens and several sets of adults - think noisy confusion. So noisy in fact that it nearly drowned out the LOUD Gangsta Rap blaring from the XM/SIRIUS station - but not quite! Three employees behind the counter yelled WELCOME TO WIMG STOP as we barely had the door open and then proceeded to ignore us for 5 minutes, there were at least two cash registers/order stations not being used as the families were getting their drink glasses and moving into the small restaurant proper. Once the young lady at the register released these two Gringos in tie dyed shirts didn't belong to either family she did try to take our order. After she asked how she could help us I ordered what we wanted, two boneless ten piece wing meals with large Coca-Colas and the wings in Teriyaki, Hawaiian, Garlic Parm and Lemon Pepper flavors. First mistake for me, I thought she wanted to help us. No, she wanted to run her machine - Eat in or take out? Oh, sorry, eat in. Wings or sandwiches? Uh, I said wings. 10, 20 or 30? Uh, I said 10. Regular or boneless - oh boneless cost 50 cents today? Uh, I said boneless. What flavors? Uh, I said Teriyaki, Hawaiian, Garlic Parm and Lemon Pepper. Sorry, we only allow two flavors on 10 piece orders. Uh, I said two orders, so Teriyaki and Hawaiian on the first. Will there be anything else? Uh, do you have the second order? I have one 10 piece boneless, what else do you want? Uh, the second order of 10 boneless wings. What flavors? Soto Voce - Uh, what are you deaf! Garlic Parm and Lemon Pepper. Boneless are 50 cents today. Yeah, you said that already. Would you like fries and a drink? Uh, yeah, that's a meal isn't it? What to drink? Uh, Coke I said. Okay, that's $22.something. Uh, please read the order back to me, I want to make sure we have it right. She did, it was, of course it took 8 minutes to get to this point. I paid, the receipt said 9 minutes until the food was ready. I had to ask for the drink cups once I realized the pop was self serve from the fountain machine in the back of the restaurant. Sixteen minutes later and everyone else in the restaurant, both those that were there and those that came after us are eating. Us? No food. Another five minutes and I'm just ready to complain when the food comes up and she calls my name despite the table number that they gave us earlier. I walk the ten feet to the bar and pick up the food. She how walks the ten feet to our table to get the table number - seems like she could have brought the food...... The french fries are cold, I mean almost refrigerator cold. I ask if it is common for the fries to be cold. She sticks her hands down in them, Oh, they are cold! Really? I roll my eyes. She promises to have them remade, I hope so now that her hands have been down inside them. The boneless wings are not so cold, but not really hot either. Flavors are add on sprinkles it appears. Can't tell what is Teriyaki and what is Hawaiian, nothing tastes of pineapple. Parm does taste Parmy, but not garlicy , lemon is lemony without pepper. We are about half way done by the time the new fries appear, she did walk them over to the table. They are hot, they are covered in salt, I mean smothered covered. If they were scattered they'd be waffle house ready - oh well. So, end of meal take away? Tell them Dine In or Take Out before you try saying anything else. Buy lots to drink, the salt content of both the wings and fries encourage it. Actually, the best take away I can recommend here is to go somewhere else...... read more

Manager has terrible attitude and service. Service in general was bad. They messed up my order and refused to make it right nor give me my refund. All in all they suck. Don't waste your hard earned money on them. They don't deserve it read more

First let me say I enjoy eating Wingstop and I typically have no issues with their food or service. However this time around I was craving some good wings and decided to pre order over the phone so as to pick up and skip waiting in line. I tried calling at least 5 times while waiting on the phone for minutes with no one picking up. I then decided to head over and to my surprise the restaurant was almost empty. 2 people where dining in and one on the counter. All were chatting up and no one's was picking up the phone and the place had tables with trash on them still. I then proceed to order and get a poor service from the cashier including a bad attitude and lack of wanting to provide customer service. I'm not the type to get too upset about that but the person simply wasn't putting any effort on her job. To top the evening once I get my food the wings were awesome nice and crispy. But, the fries were soggy and soaking with oil. I then asked the cook if they may get me a new fresh back and their response was that all the fries are coming like that. They then offered to leave the fries longer but that they could burn. Needless to say it was not a great night and that management is very poor and untrained. read more

The worst customer service, two front cashiers were so slow and horrible at taking our order. Waited for over 30 minutes for them to already have it sitting on the counter done without telling us, until they mixed up the order and gave it to someone else, the food wasn't even hot anymore. Worst place to go never again. They need some major improvements. Management needs to step it up. read more

This Wingstop has its pros and cons; however, the cons really outweigh the pros of this location. Some pros I've personal experience is sometimes the food is really good and that's usually earlier around 11 am to 1 pm. The service is honestly the biggest con about this location because they never answer the phone or if they do they put you on hold and never pick up the phone again. I have personally waited on hold from fifteen minutes to an hour and also have heard from family and friends that they've had the same issue as well. I do believe that the managers are amazing but the cashiers are mainly the ones who are just standing around on their phones or talking. Now the actual location and ambiance are pretty normal; it's kept clean in the inside and outside dining area and the men's restroom. Lastly, the parking lot is spacious and well-kept so therefore I give this location a 2 out of 5 stars. read more

I have noticed that wings taste different at different locations, so I was glad when I got my order of Lemon-peppered boneless wings and they tasted great! I also recommend the Peach Tea they have ON TAP! The flavor is perfect. Every time I enter I'm greeted by the staff and people. Compared to other wingstops in my area this one is the moment reliable and friendly.

I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of curtsy these employees have. A girl named Jacquelyn took my order and at the time I placed it she never told me the credit card machine wasn't working. So when I arrive for my food she tells me ... it's hasnt been working. How is that my problem? No one gave me a heads up at all. And me being modern American I don't carry cash. So I couldn't take my food.... she said I needed to find an atm! Again, how is this my problem. Your running a bussiness I understand things fail at times but if your making me go out of my way to find an atm.. in a city I don't even live in. Not knowing the place or where I could find an atm. At least give me a small discount, some extra ranch..., something. I'm disappointed in the matter they handled this. Then we got home and the game had started already and the food was cold. I can't even begin to explain how much I hate this place.. the service sucks!! Absolute zero stars.. my wife is always ordering online to make the experience seamless (as far as getting the food goes) and these people can't seem to get it right!! Literally every single order, I end up having to speak to management and have them redo the whole order or half the order, or the fries, or perhaps my bag will be missing half the order!! It's super frustrating. I hate making reviews unless they are good but I need everyone to know how bad this place is! It's not worth coming because staff is Tun by a bunch of children.. just kids. We have spoken to literally every manager and they don't seem to give a shit, they just throw in some extra wings which I don't care for. Ordering online is meant to be seamless but with this particular Wingstop, you end up waiting longer.
