It's been over a year since I last went to Wingstop. I arrived at 11:45 on a Monday morning at there were 13 orders in front of mine. It was still a more flavorful option than Chipotle next door, so I opted for the stated 18 min wait. It turned out to be 25 mins. The inside of the restaurant hadn't changed over the years, except that the 80's music was BLARING over the speakers. The workers would shout out customers' names to deliver their lunches but no one could hear them. The very loud music was the reason I took my order to go. I got the six piece combo of bone-in wings. The drink situation consisted of about six bottled options, two teas and a dozen fountain drinks available. The diet options weren't overly represented, so I got unsweetened tea. The fries at Wingstop have always been a roll of the dice. Sometimes they're awesome, some days they're horrible. Today they were the awesome kind. Yay fries! This is my first review.. By far the worst Wingstop I've been to I've came here a couple times but the last order i had was my last straw because i am tired of not having paper in my box i got the wrong order i ordered 8 og hot wings and two different ones to give a try. I got only 5 og hot wings and 5 of the ones i wanted to try. The wings are very dry not sure where the sauce ends up but would like if it ended up on my wings. Not sure if it's a management issue. I placed an order with Wingstop at 8:15 PM, and it was supposed to be ready between 8:33 and 8:47 PM. I arrived at 8:50 PM, only to find out that they couldn't locate my order for about five minutes. Eventually, they found a receipt on the ground that was supposed to be attached to the bag, and told me it was mine. At that point, I considered canceling my order, but then the manager stepped in. Instead of an apology or a solution, I was met with a snobby attitude as the manager handed me my order. I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience. I've been a part of this community for 14 years, and I believe customer service should be a priority. If you can't provide good service and make things right when issues arise, why work there? The food was delicious, and I appreciate that, but the service and the wait time were unacceptable. This needs to be addressed. Perhaps opening another location in Laveen would help you better cater to your customers, as we are the reason for your business. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. 1 star is being generous. I don't understand how complicated it can be to put boneless chicken in a deep fryer and still take more than an hour and a half. At the end of it I didn't even get my order I had to get a refund due to them skipping my order and giving people their food who came in after us with bigger more complex orders. I placed an order online as we usually have quite the wait when we wait to order inside. It said it would be about 20-25 mins and we when we checked in, it still was not ready. We waited another 20 mins when we noticed the person at the front, grab the bag from the side where they have the mobile orders so who know how long they were there for. We placed an order for pickup through Doordash, and got there maybe five minutes or so after the time we were told to pick up. Came in only to find out they didn't receive our order and the staff member told us they were only taking cash. Didn't get offered any other solution besides that, and I had to get ahold of Doordash to get any kind of refund. read more

I have been here around three times and in all my experiences, customer service has always been great. My only problem with Wingstop is how salty it is and how bloated I get The next morning. There's so much salt in their sauce and wings that when I wake up the next day my face and eyes are so swollen it looks like I got beat up by a gang of people. Flavors are decent not necessarily life-changing and their wings are a bit more on the dry side. Their fries are pretty good though. And their ranch is pretty tasty. Will I be coming back? Put in a order online (16-20 min) was the time giving for my order to be ready. I gave them 30 minutes, when I arrived food was not ready and had to wait another 10 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened. The main reason why I give them 10 more minutes and show up at a later time than promised. The food is always good. They are so unorganized there. We ordered on the app and we had an estimate of 30 minutes abs had to wait an hour for our order. They seemed like they were adequately staffed, but still couldn't serve efficiently. The wings were soggy; not crispy at all. The flavoring on the wings was non-existent. I'm writing this review sitting here waiting for my order an hour and a half in. ***Updating my review, they offered me a drink for such a long wait, I didn't want one so they asked what else they could do. I asked for extra veggies with the wings. Maybe $2 value to my $100 order. I started thinking "okay, they are trying to make amends for the wait." Finally got my order and got home and no veggies. Update: I talked to Ali and was told that he would like to "make things right" and to redo my meal @ no cost to me. He gave me 2 options. I can call my order in and give them my name and his name and the meal will be taken care of or I could pay for the meal on line and when I come and get it I will be refunded. Simple easy you would think. I decided maybe a week later to order my food. I called and no one answered the phone. And it rang forever!!! I said to myself ok I'll do the on line order even though I was hesitant I did it anyway and went to pick up my order and gave the person my name and told him my meal should refunded as I paid on line. Gave them Ali's name and was told her was no there (had an emergency) and to call back tomorrow regarding my refund. I'm fuming cause if they had picked up the phone I would have known that before ordering and would not have given them my money. I called Ali the next day ( he was not friendly on this call) and i explained the above and I would like my refund. He said it should be in my account in 5-10 days, that was on the 10th of this month. It's the 29th still no refund. I called again last week and left a message, still no call or refund. I ordered online and went to pick up my order 30 minutes after I placed the order (confirmation email said it would be ready in 16- 21 minutes) and I still had to wait another 20 minutes at the restaurant. Once I got home and unpacked my order, I noticed there was an item missing. I called the restaurant and they told me I would have to bring my order back so that they can check it and give me the missing item or I could request a refund online. Well when i went to get my order it was busy and i understand it could take longer then expected but i asked for a manager and all the employees were confused because there was no manager. this is not the first time something has happened like this. i was in 2 weeks ago and the manager wasn't there. it looked like a bunch of teenagers working with no management on duty. I walked into this Wingstop and saw an employee that was on break out front of the establishment. He was stand talking to another person also touching things outside. When he got done talking, he proceeded to walk inside, go straight to the back and start touching food and put it in boxes for to go orders. Then saw him answer the phone and walk away, then he came back and started messing with food again, I did not see him once wash his hands after being outside. I also noticed that none of the other employees have gloves or anything on there hand.
