The worst place ever. I called 45 min before I got there. They were somewhat busy. My turn got skipped twice. The guy at the cashier got no business working as cashier. I paid and waited for the food. The cashier did not even bother to check if it was ready. I waited 20 min until I asked another worker if my food was ready. It was ready before I even got there! Of course , non of the tables were clean. Not a single one. I had to clean it. We were. Group of 3 adults and 2 children. I ordered 40 wings , 2 sides. The wings were very small. I've been dying to try this place out! I've seen this restaurant while on the road traveling but never had a chance to stop by so when I saw this location is now open I had to try it. I had boneless wings with the Louisiana Rub & Hickory Smoked BBQ and a order of cajun fries. I was beyond satisfied. If u like Five Guys Cajun fries you'll like these too. Awesome. I've been here a few times and it's always fresh. I normally get the original hot on bone in wings, but this last time I tried the Korean BBQ on some tenders and it was delicious. After more then 6 visits to Wings top I'm still a fan. They only do chicken no sambies or burgers. No big crowds or 40 big screens. Chicken is tasty and hot I like their fries without the seasoning and the wings naked. They do need better choices of sauce. But ranch and BBQ is always the old stand by. This place has gotten worse and worse over this whole pandemic. This is the second time in 2 weeks they have gotten my order wrong and their response is; "what do you want me to do about it?" How unprofessional is that, telling a customer that they basically don't care about messing up your order? And after that, they just put you on hold so they don't have to answer the phone to get another order in. Waiting 15-20 mins to place an order over the phone is just ridiculous. You can also hear in the background very vulgar language and joking around, as if they don't have customers to attend. These people working here are a joke and horrible name for Wingstop. They have had better workers in the past that actually got orders right and didn't sound so dreadful answering a call. What a terrible experience from this location. They are pricey wish they had deals sometimes or coupons especially for people who visit frequently points card something. Last night 7/5/17 I had very rude experience at wing stop. I had place a order on and place another when I came for the first order, my first order was not ready so I patiently waited and New it was going to take another 25 minutes for the second so l left and came back in 30 minutes and I approached the counter the same young man cash me out handed me my order, I asked if this was it he said yes. When I got home I noticed they prepared one order totally wrong I also noticed they forgot my last order I had placed. I called wing stop and told what had happened and they told me they would fix it and the other order was still there , I politely ask to redo my order because by time I get there it would be cold. Well when I arrive to pick up my order the gentleman behind the counter ( a different one ) went to say to me that next time I need to check my order before I leave staying it was my fault that THEY SCREWED UP !! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST FOOD i have ever had in my life. And it was also rotten food... wings were completely inedible and fries were undercooked and not seasoned they were literally covered in like to cup of salt. They serve everything on paper plates with plastic forks and tiny plastic cups. Even the celery sticks werent fresh and still had dirt on them so you can tell the employees clearly dont care enough to give you good food. I particulary found everything they had there to be just covered in salt which im the type of person to put a little extra salt on my food. But oh my lord i just couldnt eat anything. And then the employees were completely unprofessional and rude and didnt even provide half the service you would get from a mcdonalds in the crappiest part of town. Summary: dont waste your time, money or your childs well being because god knows if they are going to give your kid food that will give them food poisoning, which is what ive had for days now. Great place! Didn't know what flavor to get and the staff was very helpful and friendly and let me taste different flavors before I ordered. Everything was made to order so it takes between 10-15 minutes to get your order. Next time I'll call ahead if I'm in a hurry. This time I wasn't in a hurry, so it didn't matter. I split my order between both regular chicken wings and boneless chicken on the same order of ten wings. Both were delicious. I also got one of their rolls which were very tasty and potato salad. The potato salad was how I liked it when my mom made it when I was a kid. I ate there and the place is cute with an airplane theme. I asked to watch a different TV channel while I ate and they changed the channel for me. They had plenty of TV's so no one else there seemed to care about the channel I watched. Everything was clean and the place smells great when you walk in, making you more hungry. I would highly recommend this place. It was friendly atmosphere and the food was good and reasonably priced. So glad I found a wingstop after moving from the Chicago area and i'm pleased to announce that the wings here are just as good. Always got to go with a order of the classic hot, some lemon pepper and I tried the new Brazilian citrus and it was actually really good. The Cajun fries are a must, extra Cajun seasoning and be sure to get lots of cups of blue cheese to go with your wings. They fall about right dab in the middle of the price range, not the cheapest wings but not the most expensive. The wings are what classic chicken wings should be, not those nasty monster wings that provide a lot of meat but taste terrible. The wings are always cooked perfectly, nice and crisp not a soggy mess like a lot of places. I always do take out and tried out ordering online for the first time and to my surprised it worked perfectly. set a pre set pick up time and it was ready when I walked in. I haven't had much luck with online ordering and it was nice to have a good idea work for a change. I always get take out but this was the biggest wingstop I have seen and seemed pretty clean, always better at home but I wouldn't be opposed to eating inside here. read more

Today I visited your restaurant at 5:45 pm. We have never been here and when we mentioned it to a friend that we were going to go to BWW for dinner they had mentioned that you guys were open in Livonia, MI. We like trying new places so we decided to go. Upon arrival there was one lady waiting for food and one table in the way back with two gentlemen eating. We went to order and the girl who took our order was pleasant. Our order total came to 27.38 and we were told 14 minutes. We sat down at the table right next to the counter and started to wait. 14 minutes came and went, 24 minutes came and went,34 minutes came and went. I gave the benefit of doubt and waited a little longer. 44 Minutes came and went and I was done waiting. I walked up to the counter and told the gentlemen that I had waited almost 45 minutes and would like to have my money back. Instead of addressing me he turns around to the only other guy in the kitchen and says" What the Fu*k happened to their order?" Never once did either say anything to me they just went back and forth about where the food went placing blame on each other. Finally the first guy walks back to the counter sits back down and gets back on the phone and apologizes to whoever is on the other line. (Hello I am still standing here and have yet to be spoken to. I am glad the person on the other end got an apology for waiting a couple minutes when I had waited 45.) Finally I yelled back to the young man cooking if their was a manager and he said yes he was washing his hand. The manger then comes to the counter (Zach) and proceeds to not make eye contact or apologize and takes my receipt. He asks if I pay cash and hands me my money back. He then turns around and mumbles "Yeah sorry." and goes back to what he was doing. We left and went to the BWW we had planned on going to, to begin with. After we got chatting with our waitress about your service the BWW manager came over and apologized for YOU and then gave us 10% off. BWW could teach you guys a thing or two about customer service. best wings ever. my 2 year old sons favorite place to eat, been coming in every week since he was born. he loves the garlic parm, I'm a Korean bbq fan. If you own a business in the 48221 area DO NOT place an order with the company. they are slow to bring order, they do not give the company a call to let the company know they are running late. I placed an order for the children the the group home that in the area, the driver calls, to say they were outside and for someone to come to the door, he was told" when he get out and come to the door someone will be there, once at the door the driver asked was the order placed on credit card, answer, yes, he then asked to see the card, the card was brought to the driver, he looked at the card, then asked for ID, I then said, you didn't asked for ID, you said you needed to see the card. the card is what was shown, I told him if there is a problem, they can refund my money, he said he need to call the store, instead of letting me know what was said, he took off. I would never order anything from this place again!!!!! The wings looked and tasted like they were freezer burned. I have never seen any wings after being fried they are still white unless they are freezer burned. I spoke with Andy and explain how my wings looked and taste. He was arugmentive, his tone was nasty and refused to give me my money. Andy didnt' even offer to replace my order. I asked for the manager of this establishment and he stated he was the manager. I asked for the number to the districit office only to be given a number to ACCORD PHARMACY. I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING from this place.
