I bought the lemon pepper chicken and it was just gross. First the chicken is little and seeing how this place wasn't cheap I think the pieces should be bigger. Second, the seasoning was way too salty. The lemon pepper taste that I'm use to was nowhere to be found. I think this place uses actual lemon juice and pepper while I'm use to lemon pepper seasoning being used. For $25+ for 30pcs. of chicken that I didn't like I feel gypped. Absolutely terrible service!! I tried to place an order online but was unable to, so I tried to call...no one answered. So I went to the location and all the employees were standing around and one even threw about 10 cup lids out the door for no reason. So when I walked in the lady at the counter asked very in a very rude way "placing or pickup" when I took a second to respond she yelled it again, when I said "placing" she rolled her eyes. I was wanting Winstop for a few years now.Was in the area and tried it .The girl at counter was very nice.But When I walked in I could smell the smell of bug spray.I still ordered and as I waited I read the reviews one by one..I look and find out a customer snapped a photo of a cockroach crawling on the wall 9 months ago..I was disgusted.I didn't see any creatures that day but I did feel like this place my not be so clean and I need a clean environment when having my food prepared. Today was my first time having Wingstop. We did carry out and picked up the good around 7pm. I must say the boneless wings in the hickory BBQ sauce were awesome!!!! I also appreciate that they were prepared there and not sitting under a heat lamp Buffalo Wild Wings. My wife went with the chicken tenders and those, like the boneless wings, were awesome! My only complaint was the price and to be precise, the price of the Cole slaw. I ordered the small size of Cole slaw and it cost $2.19. Ordered over $100 food from this restaurant through DoorDash and did not receive several items. Told the delivery person immediately who said he could not help me. Called the restaurant directly, the person who picked up immediately told me to hold, 5 minutes later finally picked up the phone again and after I told her my order was missing several items told me to ask for a refund. I said I wanted the food since I had company driving over....I was then passed to a second person who asked me to repeat what was the problem. I ask for that person to identify herself but she refused. After telling her that my order did not contain all the items she also told me to get a refund from DoorDash. I told her I wanted the "goddam food", she then said my language was offensive and hung up on me. I tell you all this to illustrate the really bad customer service! We had to wait 15 mins longer than time order stated and once home (20+ mins away) realized there was no ranch. That complete ruins my meal and he "offered to replace the ranch on next visit" and also said he "did not believe that it ruined my meal" and told me to write a review and hung up! I wanna give 4 or 5 for friendly service from the shift manager and two of his employees .... Everyone looked attentive but him and his two female employees were extremely nice and willing to explain. The one girl was pretty new and she was willing to share what she knew. These days, when people are shitty or rude, I pay and I leave without eating. I'll cut my losses and go eat somewhere else. So this was a huge win and more then I expected. All of the food was hot. I never get boneless wings cause the flavor of the bone is what makes chicken taste so good. Girl recommended I try both. I got Louisiana dry rub boneless. They were great and not too salty. The lemon pepper bone in wings I got were too salty. Just IMHO, probably better to ask for light seasoning or lemon pepper in conjunction with the buffalo sauce to make it lemon pepper wet. Original seasoning was gross for my fries.... It was like salt, pepper, and sugar. The sugar made it gross. But, the fries themselves were incredible in temperature and texture. Originally I ordered lemon pepper tenders with fries and drink, and 5 mild wings- 5 lemon pepper wings. As I sat there waiting on the food, I thought about some of the reviews I read, reading that the dry rub was "good", "not bad", "surprisingly good/delicious" - so I said to myself "go for it"- and skipped to the register to change the flavor... Yelp should be a community of peace, honesty, and love and respect for each others taste buds-- JUDASES!! I felt NO love from the reviewers. Betrayal- PURE betrayal. I could not identify a SINGLE ingredient in that dry rub- awful, just awful. I seriously gagged after the first bite. There is nothing redeeming about this "flavor". I have never had anything so-- pungent-- so assaulting. If you've ever tasted sweat, your curiosity should be settled. Gross-gross-gross, and I could type that a hundred times. If you order the "dry rub" on your chicken and they mess up your order and give you another flavor- or even if your chicken is nekkid (lol), the taste bud gods, or at the very least an employee, is only doing you a solid. The fries, though?-- Bruh- SO good! I ordered the "plain" fries, and DESTROYED them as soon as I tasted them. If this place was called Fries Stop, they'd be winning. That being said, I'd probably just go in for fries... If I were in this area. But to make the 20 minute travel for chicken? Noooo... After seeing multiple ads/coupons for Wingstop, the fiance and I decided to stop in and try it out while we were back near my old stomping grounds. Wish we hadn't. I'll break this down by category. Service: 3/5 The employee who greeted us was nice and knowledgeable, and did his best to answer questions we had. Atmosphere: 2/5 When we walked in, we were the only ones there. It's not a large place, maybe 50-60 seats total, and it has an aviation type theme. Would've gotten a higher rating if there hadn't been employees congregating at tables in the back of the restaurant, appearing to nap at the front counter, etc. Also, the TVs are tiny. Either sit up close or don't expect to see much. Food: 0/5 Honestly some of the worst food I've had in my life. The only reason they didn't get a negative rating is due to the decent potato salad. Everything else was terrible. Wings were heavily over-sauced and flavorless. Fries were WAY over seasoned, felt more like I was licking a salt block dusted with sugar than eating seasoned fries. Veggies were ok, nothing special, not as fresh as I had hoped. 2 liter of Faygo ran $3 (not noted on the menu, and an outrageous price for Faygo). Only got to eat about 7 wings between the 2 of us before I found a completely rotten wing (we got boneless). I mean, seriously, the center was pitch black. Was informed after I had to complain that the employee claimed it to be "veins and gristle". This was nothing close to veins and gristle. Straight rot. Showed the employees at the counter, who offered to remake the wings. Nice offer, but my appetite was gone at this point, as was my fiance's. Cracked open a couple more wings to see if maybe it was just one bad wing, it wasn't. More rotten wings. Have had serious stomach issues since eating at this establishment. Complete waste of my money. Any reasonably well run place would've offered a refund, but apparently not this place. Price: 3/5 Not terrible, but not great. We went on $.50 wing night, so it was cheaper than usual, but we ended up spending $26 on 30 wings, some fries, an order of veggies, a small potato salad, and a 2 liter of Faygo, most of which was inedible. Summary: Save your money and go elsewhere. Mainly tried this place because we were getting sick of BWW. Won't ever take BWW for granted again. Have you ever gone to Bdubs and ordered a whole mess of wings to only find out that 2 or 3 of them are messed up, inedible, and broken as if someone got pissed and Hulk smashed a bunch of wings in a fit of rage?? Not here. All of their wings are perfectly fried, perfectly sauced, and perfectly seasoned. Their fries are amazing. Fresh cut- nothing out of a bag AND can be tossed in the seasoning of your liking. I usually get the Cajun. They also offer combos so you can get your money's worth. Wings, fries, and a drink for a fair price. We've only lived in the area for 3 weeks and I can honestly say my fiance and I have been here 5 times, and I'm not even embarrassed. read more

Wings are ok. The BBQ sauce ones I ordered had so much sauce on them it was to much, I never though I would say that because I love BBQ sauce. The fries were just ok. The thing that grossed me out was the 2 girls making the wings one blond shoulder length hair and a girl with burgundy color shoulder length hair kept brushing there hair out of there face with there hand then touching the food. I did not see them wash there hand. I don't know why they did not have there hair pulled back. The guy working there also had a lot of facial hair. I have been going to this restaurant since it opened, but recently, the owners have left children in charge and have made being a customer here a nightmare. I called to order the "add five wings" with potato salad, which I have always done. The teenager on the phone said I couldn't have that. I said I had ordered the same thing two days ago with no problem. He would not let me order it, so I told him to let someone else answer the phone and I'd call back and get what I wanted. He said he was a manager (he wasn't) and lied about his name. I called back and he answered, and I asked for the same thing again. He said I should never call there again, they didn't want my business. As I said, I've been ordering from them for years, with no problem. So I called the CEO of wing stop to complain about the kid, using the name he gave me. They said they'd call me back, which they didn't. The store put my phone number on a list of people who couldn't order by phone, for not picking up their items. I have NEVER failed to pick up an order. I had boneless wings with the Louisiana Rub & Hickory Smoked BBQ and a order of cajun fries. I was beyond satisfied. If u like Five Guys Cajun fries you'll like these too.
