We ordered online and it said it would take 28 minutes, not bad. Then we get there and go in to get it, the order wasn't printed. They hadn't started it and it was 30 minutes later, we had to wait another 20 minutes. No apologies. Then we purchase extra dips and when we were given the bag and asked about the dips we were told they were in there. Wing Stop famous for their flavorful wings, wings were great perfectly sauced and fries were homemade and perfectly made, not too seasoned or salty, my only complaint is they don't seem to great with customer service or keeping their dining room cleaned for that matter, if your lucky enough to dine in here (only about 7 tables available) your likely to clean it off on your own and ask them to wipe it off with a cloth. Manager on duty Sydney was very rude after they messed up my order. Came back inside to get it fixed after waiting past quoted time and she was upset that I did so. Was missing a wing and seasoning and she proceeded to talk in the kitchen about how it was such an issue as if I wasn't standing directly in front of her, again after they messed up. Paid extra for more seasoning and asked them to add it onto the wings and that was also an issue for her and she refused. Ordered online, showed up 5 mins before supposed to be ready. Fries were cold, bbq wings look like the squeezed bbq sauce on them after they put them in the basket. We called and the assistant manager was extremely rude and didn't really want to be bothered by me. I show up to get what was missing and it was STILL WRONG!! We live four blocks away and the food was cold, burned and fries were soggy. I moved to Odessa recently due to my husbands work. This wingstop was much better than the ones from where I lived! The chicken and fries were both cooked well but not too dry and they were seasoned but not overly so. Very pleased with them! read more

Honestly I love wingstop fries just to start off ... but the service isn't great at all... they had lots of people standing around waiting for their order... while bags and orders were sitting on the shelf under the heater... I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes just for my order 15 piece and fries ... I had to get up and go to the window and ask if them orders was done she said yes ... I asked well you got people standing here waiting and y'all aint calling out orders ... I had to take my order and my friends order ... besides that sitting under the heater in them thick paper bags ...it don't heat the wings it heats the bag.. my fries were cold and she put no seasoning like I asked ..my wings were cold.. the customer service wasn't good ... the cashiers were taking their sweet time ... and if I asked for a replacement it would of been another 1:10... I worked at hooters .. if it took that long to make orders and leave them and they get cold like that I'd be in trouble .... get it together management.. heck management didn't even care he stepped out looked around ... like he coked out... the workers are rude ..the food is bad ..corporate need to go in there and fix that place ... read more

The flavors on these chicken wings really lack favor compared to the Wingstop on West County Road. The chicken bone-in wings are way too dry which means they were probably deep frying the wings for too long. The wait on the wings are also extremely long. A walk in usually takes around 20 to 30 minutes. read more
