They failed to make arguably one of the easiest pizzas (I worked at Domino's not long ago so I have an idea) and yet I was served a pizza with the toppings spilling over the side, slightly undercooked and the dough was clearly not handled correctly. Uneven cooking, funky taste to the mushrooms, and the only positive experience was their attitude. They greeted me, asked for my name for the order, and were polite all around. Before it arrived I called to check on it and the super rude little punk that answered told me it was sitting there and they were waiting for a driver. I would comment on our pizza but it's 38 minutes past the delivery window and I still don't have it. We ordered in the app, so I called to check on pizza and was rudely informed the app sent my order to the wrong store. Some how that was my fault?? So I look up the store to see how far away it was. 5.4 miles from me. Literally says 8 minutes to get there. So now we are almost at an hour past my delivery window and I'm assuming I will be receiving a cold and nasty $53 order. Horrible customer service with a rude staff. Ordered online at Dominos.com for their choose TWO for $5.99 deal, I ordered my medium 2 topping pizza pepperoni and sausage and also their new specialty buffalo chicken and chose carry out. The order was ready as soon as I arrived like predicted online and the chicken and pizza tasted great, garlic pizza what you'd expect from Domino's, only negative side was they charge you for condiments like crushed peppers and Parmesan cheese which is a downer, the competitors don't charge! read more

Ordered two pizzas from this location and the Italian sausage on both was extremely rancid. As in rotten in smell and taste. This usually occurs if they don't rotate stock correctly or the product is left sitting out at room temperature for long durations. Maybe all the methane and h2s leaks in Odessa have made people around here taste blind but this is the most common problem I have experienced since moving here. Restaurants need to go back to serving fresh cooked meats and leave the shrink-flation cheap-o frozen bag pizzas to prisoners or perhaps dog food companies. read more

I order there sale online of two for 5.99 deal. They have a Dominos tracker online where u get to know what stage your order is in.. Well my order said it had been delivered, when I had not.. I called the store and asked why it stated it had been deliver and they said that it should be getting here soon.. I waited almost an hour and nothing. I called back and asked what was going on with my order. they said that I may had enter the wrong information and it got returned.. I gave them my information again and it was all correct. I ordered 3 pizzas fixed exactly the same on Saturday evening. 5 toppings and loaded. The last 2 times I had placed this same order, the taste & flavors were fantastic. I was looking forward to a repeat performance. However, I received 3 totally different pizzas lacking most every topping. The first warning was when the delivery driver said he was delayed due to an irate customer in the parking lot. Anyway, I paid cash & tipped the driver. Big MISTAKE! So much was wrong with the pizza from lack of tomato sauce to lack of peppers & cheeses. The store was closed by the time I found the errors. I called this store hoping the manager would be kind enough to properly fill my order. She offered some "coupons" instead of just properly completing my order and delivering it to me. I am disabled and used the last of my $$ for the week to order those 3 pizzas. Now, I would recommend that people open and check any thing item by item that they order from this Dominos! I can understand why the delivery driver said there was an irate customer in the parking lot, after finding out how bad my order was. It is almost like they are hiring refugees that can't speak or read, paying them minimum wages to prepare our meals. I will spread the word and warn Dominos PIzza customers about my experience until they actually correctly make my order and prove they want my business in the future. After 30 days, there has only been receipt of 2 coupons, each for 1 pizza with 5 toppings. They could not even send enough to replace what I purchased. Not even phone calls to check on things.
