Great value compared to other dating websites out there, cool website design and layout, check it out, very happy with the service.

Signing up to be a private elite member was a huge mistake. After promising to set me up with the…read moreman of my dreams and showing me pictures of models in their database, I was sent out on blind dates with men my matchmaker had found last minute on elite singles, tinder, jDate and ok cupid. Their real process was never shared with me. They don't have a database, no singles black book. The owner, management or matchmakers had no clue how to be culturally sensitive. Their so called psychological comprehensive first session was mainly focused on how much money I make, my lifestyle and how much I travel. The questions were beyond shallow. The questions clearly had nothing to do with psychology. When I asked for my money, I was told to purchase an additional coaching package. It was absolutely ridiculous. I had better luck online on my own and I was set up with better matches by my friends. There is nothing psychological about this firm. I can firmly state, there is nothing international about this firm. Rachel and Gina only care about making money based on people's misery. Shame on you!

I was originally quoted £8000 but then the price came down to £2500! I should have been suspicious at that point, but I was naïve. I only met two ladies who were nowhere near of being sophisticated. Nether of them was a member; the first one got drunk and swore at me, and the second one said how she enjoys free dinners and drinks thanks to Vida Consultancy! I took legal action after four months into my membership. In my opinion the listed awards are illegitimate "awards" as they are "given" by three companies that are registered as dormant/inactive at the Companies House (the UK government organisation that regulates companies).

This firm made an already difficult divorce situation into a devastating experience. The service…read morewas awful seen from any possible angle ; sloppy statements, lost emails and documents, filing statements with wrong clerks, late filings, at one instance submitting a bill to me twice, on the other hand forgetting to submit a bill from a third party for almost a year. My solicitor was never available, never called back when I left messages, and missed practically all deadlines set by themselves, to the point that the other side complained to a judge in court. This firm lost me a straightforward maintenance case , and charged me a an exorbitant amount for it. When I could not pay, they sent a debt collector after me knowing I was unemployed and trying to take care of a 7 year old in London. The hilt was that throughout my complaints, the partners have consistently refused to see me. I only ever got to see the associate who dealt with my case. When the associate left the firm close to my last hearing date, service levels dropped dramatically and the partners refused to deal with a particular aspect of the case with the excuse that " I had complained about their services so I would certainly be happier elsewhere " . Completely ironic of course as the associate had been involved in dealing with this aspect for a while , and fees were of course sunk into it. The only time I spoke with a partner was when my father passed away between two divorce hearings, when the partner felt this was a good moment to discuss outstanding payment to the firm. My rating; professionally zero, humanly zero, ethically zero .
