Bring tools, gloves, impact wrenches, etc. things that you're gonna need to take parts off the vehicle. Bring a furniture blanket so you're not lying directly on the gravel. The benefit of salvage parts is that you're getting original genuine parts (at a deep discount) which even used are typically superior to aftermarket parts. If you need help, ask them because they will pull parts off vehicles for you, just be patient because if they are going to pull it, you may not get it the same day and have to come back.

horribly dishonest company. i needed a replacement glass section for my van. i called on monday…read moreand was told they had my part. bad streaking within the tinting is a known problem so i specifically asked if someone could inspect the glass for the streaking. i explained that i was over an hour s drive away. i was told on monday that the glass was perfect. i called back tuesday to confirm the glass was still on hold and asked the second man if he could please inspect the glass for syreaks in the tinting. he also said it was excellent. i went to get the glass and it was heavily streaked. it was shit! both men lied. they never did inspect it or saw the streaks and lied thinking maybe i would buy it anyway. whether i spoke to a manager or someone pretending to be m anager, the only responses my complaint got was amused smiles.... subtle smirks saying "oh too bad..you drove over an. hour for nothing: unless you are absolutely desperate with no other source for a part just be smart and pay a little more if you have to, but try to find a more honest company to deal with.

Had 2 cracks in the exhaust pipe. 1 on the flange , the other on the short tube which they cleaned up both and welded. I appreciate how friendly and fair all their guys were. In and Out in about 1 hr +. As I had several customers ahead of me when I arrived. Price was quite reasonable. I also had them quote a price on exhaust & Catalytic converter replacement which I will need down the road. Just a ballpark for future. I examined their work. They do good work.
