They have removed nearly all of their regular checkout isles and replaced them with self checkout kiosks, half of which are non-functional or closed. If my memory serves, there are now only six regular tills and they are often not staffed. Past a certain point each night, only the self checkout kiosks appear to be open. (-1) The number of staff on the floor are also few and far between. (-1) However, the staff are great. They genuinely seem to want to help. (+1)

I took it up to the cash desk, (where I didn't have to wait long at all to be helped ) and it rang in at 59.99$ so half price ! Then after I paid my bill, and the dress, I saw that another 9$ was deducted. So I saved 70$ ! I was beyond excited! I plan on going back tomorrow to see what other good deals they have. Their staff are very knowledgeable of the type of shoes I need for my hard to fit feet. First, they let me know what type of foot support I may need and then recommend several styles they have for my feet size, width and support. Their shoes are pricey but all the shoes I've bought from them have high quality material, have lasted me a long time and provided comfort and functioned as designed. They used to have boring colours and designs but they have stepped up their game and now have many stylish colours and material for some of their shoes. Unfortunately, the shoes I chose (1540V2) did not come in a newer and more stylish colour and material but it was perfect for my feet type which is more important. The store is located near Willowbrook Mall and has plenty of parking in the front of the store.
