For two hours of on-site work with little water removed and equipment that didn't function properly (one dehumidifier showed a flooding error), the value just wasn't there. When we called to get clarity over the weekend--crickets. No callback. But someone did show up promptly to pick up the equipment and, charmingly, asked for a 5-star review before showing us the actual invoice. To their credit, they later applied a 10% discount after I complained, but that only softened the blow slightly. Bottom line: if you use Servpro, ask for a detailed written estimate first, and brace yourself for charges that might surprise you. Transparency matters, especially during emergencies.
