Two weeks later we called to order the custome window. We were told Shiloh will call us back. After several calls that I made, he did call late one afternoon. He was returning a call and I think he called by mistake becasue he was not prepared. He said he will call back the next morning but he didn't. I called several more times in the next two weeks only to be told" he was in a meeting". Finally we went to Home Depot and got the custome window order for arround the same price.
