Originally I am supposed to complete this project in early March, 2026, due to health reasons, it has to push out till June beginning. Due to inmobility issue, the notary must be in-house and only on Sat (CR Abrams's term). I cannot schedule it for two weeks (notary has to move), so it was arranged on last Sat. Immediately a problem was spotted in the papers, the two real estate properties was listed as owner occupied/primary residents and now I have two houses under owner occupied. I cannot complete its notary bcs of this issue and its Mktg Manager shall provide what to do next. I need her attention to this matter and resolve it asap - provide new Quitdeed and re-notarize it. But I get no answers to her feedback after two phone messages were left. Can C R Abrams please get back to me and bring resolution this week ? I don't recommend this service bcs no one answer his/her call on business days (not to mention about non-working day), and no one takes my situation seriously. If they did not get a modification that worked for me, they will refund $1500 if my fee. After several calls and emails to Attorney Feldman, he finally presented a modification that raised my mortgage payment. I had explained to their sales person and Mr. Feldman at initial contact before signing a contract or paying a fee for his firm to represent me, the present mortgage payment was too high amount for me to pay all my bills with the loss of income from husband's passing and I needed help. I explained I cannot pay the current mortgage payment. A higher payment is impossible for me to be able to pay. He stated that was the only deal the bank offered. He was not refunding my $1500 because I was turning down the offer. I reiterated their "guarantee" was the offer didn't work for me, Mr. Feldman would refund $1500. He said something to the fact I am not getting my refund and sounded condescending. I left a review on better business website. He called me with the same statement I was not getting a refund, period. I tell anyone who are considering using Mr. Feldman to represent them of my experience.

At the time, I was one month behind in my mortgage payments. After four month, more than an ample amount of time for Feldman Law Center to perform at least most of the work, if not complete the loan modification, the work had not been done. Concerned about the reason for the delay, I called and sent emails. Steven Feldman and his staff consistently failed to promptly return my telephone calls and emails and provide me with accurate and honest updates of the work done and progress on my loan modification. In general, I did not receive the service Steven Feldman and his representatives assured me I would receive and I contracted and I paid Steven Craig Feldman/Feldman Law Center to perform. Consequently, I faxed Steven Feldman a letter terminating the contract, citing his breach of contact and failure to communicate. I also requested a full refund within five business days. He has failed to refund my money. Steven Craig Feldman (owner of Feldman Law Center) and his staff, including Matthew Solum, misrepresented FLC services, collected a $3500 fee upfront, failed to do the work, gave me poor advices, and strung me along for months using promises of results and excuses. Today, because I hired Steven Craig Feldman/Feldman Law Center, I am worse financially, at greater risk of losing my home, and out of $3500. Steven Craig Feldman and his staff should be in prison for the crimes they have committed. Apparently, some people, due to their asscribed status are above the law.
