I am now looking at other places to attempt to fix what is possible, by noninvasive routes. The staff were so nice to me and my surgeon Dr Meyers was super nice albeit maybe inexperienced. My surgery did not go well, part of my procedures was literally just forgotten to be done, my follow up was insufficient, the scarring was terrible and I am in worse condition now than before surgery. It was offered to me to have follow-up surgery to correct a few things and do what was forgotten, at a "discounted" price and I felt like that was even being pushed on me but I was not willing to have anything further surgically done. I had already spent $25,250 to be disfigured. Also, my husband was left in the waiting room with no information or calls for almost 4 hours after my 5 hour surgery, even after the front staff had left for the day and he had to go look for someone to ask what was going on. This is just simply unprofessional and mean.

From the beginning when I contacted his office to now my healing process has been wonderful. First I went on a cosmetic site to see who was rated the best plastic surgeon and that is how I chose Dr. GONCE. I called to get a consultant and the Krista, she was sweet. I went in and met the doctor, he was so laid back and down to earth(not arrogant like other I had met). We tried on about 10 different sizers for my enhancement..picked the best and scheduled my surgery. Then came the bug surgery day, I arrived 45 min before my surgery to try on sizers again to make sure that's what I wanted. Then the anesthesiologist came in asked questions, I walked into the surgery room and he told me he was going to let me relax(giving me a special medicine). As I laid there letting the med take over, all I remember is DR. GONCE telling me I need to think of Miami and something hot with a beach! I woke up with my new twins and I couldn't be happier, I have little tiny incisions and he placed my implants wonderfully. He is the BEST! I completely understand that a doctor only viewing your child's skin for 10 seconds before moving on to treatment would be cause for concern, but as a dental student who has studied lots of skin lesions, while diagnosing requires many considerations, it seemed to me that Dr. Last simply knows all of these signifying factors of skin conditions like the back of his hand. He viewed my skin very quickly, and along with my explanation of its recurrence over the weeks, he was able to diagnose the lesion easily. My confidence in his knowledge came from him predicting other conditions of the skin on my ears and scalp that were completely true, which were other symptoms of the condition. He also took the time to explain the concept of enlarged pores, and was thoroughly polite. So my opinion is to not take offense from his attitude. What some have considered disinterested, I believe is just his deep understanding of skin conditions allowing him to diagnose quickly. The staff is also very friendly, and I am very happy with the treatment I've received.

To make a long story short I was referred to this doctor by my main doctor for a consult on my skin…read morebecause of a staff infection which was confirmed by a lab test. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and didn't ask about my history or my condition. He looked at the inflamed areas and said it's not staff it's a psoriasis infection. He then wrote out two prescriptions; one for prednisone and aclovate cream. He also told me I didn't need the Bactrim (which I was prescribed by the ER doctor for bacterial infection) and told me to stop taking it. This is very odd to me since once an antibiotic is started one should should not stop taking it midterm. When I got home my spouse told me he had once seen this doctor and felt the same way; that he is creepy, doesn't spend time making a correct diagnosis, and seems to push you out as quickly as possible. As his name says, he should be the 'Last' Dermatologist any one should go see.
