Not really sure what we would get back we was pleasantly surprised by the response from Jeremy, who's description of documentary style wedding photography was exactly what we were looking for before we had even realised... I don't think we could have asked for anything more than how he described his work... we was quick to snap him up & was not left disappointed. Each contact with Jeremy was quick & easy. Without actually meeting with Jeremy & only talking to him a few weeks before the wedding, he couldn't have made us feel more relaxed, and of course gave us one less thing to worry about leading up to the big day! Being photographed doesn't always feel comfortable for us, however Jeremy couldn't have made us feel more at ease... such a friendly & welcoming guy!! The way Jeremy captured our day was so natural, when we received the photographs it was like we were viewing the wedding (the ceremony in particular) through the eyes of a guest! There was a few hiccups during the day (which isn't new to us) Jeremy captured ours & our guests emotions & expressions exactly as they happened!! To capture the love we have for each other isn't difficult, however to capture the look of love without even feeling as if you are being photographed is a true talent... we would definitely recommend Jeremy in an instant!! When I looked at the website I was impressed by the photographs and how professional the site looked. I left an email which outlined what it was I was looking for and was pleased to receive a call from Clair that evening. Clair was really friendly and happy to answer any questions. The consultation was held at Clair's house, although I was offered a home visit, which was very informal and relaxed. Clair offered lots of suggests about what types of photos we could have, for example, the photos could be done outside or inside at a location of our choice. On the day Clair was very relaxed and patient with my children and made sure it was lots of fun for them, my daughter loved the bubble machine. What impressed me was that at no time did the process feel rushed and I felt the Clair was enjoying herself as much as the children were. I received the photos 10 days later, which during that time I was in constant contact with Clair who was happy to answer any question and kept me up to date on when the photographs would be ready. When I received the photographs I was really pleased with the results and I felt that Clair was genuinely interested in ensuring that we were happy with the results and gave a professional and friendly service.
