When I looked at the website I was impressed by the photographs and how professional the site looked. I left an email which outlined what it was I was looking for and was pleased to receive a call from Clair that evening. Clair was really friendly and happy to answer any questions. The consultation was held at Clair's house, although I was offered a home visit, which was very informal and relaxed. Clair offered lots of suggests about what types of photos we could have, for example, the photos could be done outside or inside at a location of our choice. On the day Clair was very relaxed and patient with my children and made sure it was lots of fun for them, my daughter loved the bubble machine. What impressed me was that at no time did the process feel rushed and I felt the Clair was enjoying herself as much as the children were. I received the photos 10 days later, which during that time I was in constant contact with Clair who was happy to answer any question and kept me up to date on when the photographs would be ready. When I received the photographs I was really pleased with the results and I felt that Clair was genuinely interested in ensuring that we were happy with the results and gave a professional and friendly service.
