In reality, the company liaison terminated my assignment after learning that I was Black and made it known that he did not want any Black person on the production floor in his department. The contact only saw me as the problem that did not fit into the company culture, and blamed me for the termination. Typical behavior from insensitive people who don't care about others. Words for the wise: Take your time, talent and energy to staffing agencies that do not discriminate against Black Americans or send people to companies that openly discriminate against Black Americans.
