They listened to my requests, took everything I said serious and were part of an experience that was so special and they helped make it better than I could have imagined. Also the hospital was SO clean. Both rooms I was in were extremely well kept. They have a truly positive staff (doctors, residents, nurses, nurses assistants, Doulas, students, even the person who registered me!), they all made me feel we were in great hands. These are where the sickest patients are being treated but yet you have the least experienced staff treating them. A doctor who just finished their residency working the night shift... so very disappointing that an organization like NYU can't find more highly trained staff ... also very disappointing that an organization with this amount of money has tape holding up the windows in the ICU. Totally unbelievable. Threw all their money into sears on Franklin Ave and forgot they have an almost 600 bed hospital up the block that is in need of resources. Do better for the community. First , the internist , who is my new primary care physician is a joy to be with . She will call you days after the result of your lab work whether it is within the limit or over and beyond the range limit and provide you with her medical advises . The medical secretary as well is very efficient, welcoming , nice and knowledgeable . The location of the office is in a corporate Medical building across Lakeville Shopping Center. Parking is huge. The office itself is clean and neat with free wifi . Easy to locate and situated in the same building as the quest diagnostic lab. Countless times - I literally cannot count - I have had a long-planned infusion canceled because the company came up with a new hurdle they decided they'd like to implement. The staff is rude, inconsistent, and just utterly incompetent. The services that *have* been delivered have always been done so on an e emergency basis - somebody literally escalates up to a high enough level that something finally gets done. I literally don't know from week to week whether my planned infusion will go forward, and this is no way for a sick person to live. Fuck this company from the bottom of my heart.
