All my roses and several other plants in my front yard are from Queen Annes and they are absolutely gorgeous. When in bloom I see people stopping in the front of my house to photograph the roses. Im taking a drive next weekend to see if I can purchase some climbing roses for my back fence to keep my nosy neighbor away. We were really not sure what we wanted until we came into Hansens, (MODESTO LOCATION) and then we first met Fred our Salesman. But he wasn't just a salesman. Fred figured out what we needed, and really helped us. We ended up ordering a three seater couch, which a wedge chair and an ottoman.....we were not sure whether to order the loveseat, so it would be a sectional, because of space, so we decided to wait until the furniture arrived. It arrived about 5 weeks later, and we loved it so much, that we called Hansen's that same day (August 11, 2020) and ordered the loveseat. I spoke to Matt, the owner, and he was very accommodating, ordered the loveseat and told us it would be about 45 days. Because of the COVID restrictions, I was then told it would not be here until October. 3 days ago, (October 6, 2020) I was then told....it would not be there until mid December. My husband and I decided to go down to Hansen's and see if we could talk to Matt, and see if there was anything he could do. Matt was amazing! He immediately went into 'FIX IT MODE'. He called his other locations, and found us the same couch, and it is now being delivered next week. Thank you Matt & Fred! Hansen's are the only place we will now go for our furniture needs!

Terrible customer service. I spent a lot of money on 2 SoCozi recliners sofas. Took 6 months to…read morereceive my order. They would not cancel and refund my money, for me to purchase elsewhere. Then within months the cushions were not holding up. Took them over 8 months to do the repairs. Telling me you are past the warranty time since your purchase. I told them I count from the time you delivered, and we started using them. Not from the date of purchase. Now I keep leaving messages, never get a call back. The material is cracking where it meets between the cushions', at the seem. The quality of their products has significantly declined since we first purchased from them 20 years ago. My daughters' sofas from Living Spaces are older and still in excellent shape. Feels like highway robbery. Never will have any more of my business.
