The process was as simple as sending her an email with attachments of the picture. She and I communicated back and forth numerous times regarding updates and suggestions. Her suggestions are spot on and she took my requests without hesitation. Kim sent me several rough drafts and we finally agreed on the final look. What more could anyone ask.
