We came in to cancel & turn in our internet system and she told us that they don't cancel services at their Camden location. Well that was odd because the associate next to us was helping another customer cancel their service...SHAUNA/SHAWNA had the worst customer service we experienced lately. She was quite rude, unprofessional and wasn't willing to help us cancel our service but was able to turn in our internet system. We left and immediately called CS support. Unlike SHAUNA/SHAWNA they were so helpful & friendly in canceling our service compared to actually going to a T-Mobile location in-person. I hope management reads this and aware how some customers are actually being treated.

We were instructed to disconnect the firestick. In the process of doing that we accidentally disconnected the cable. We ARE IN OUR 80s and the tv is attached to the wall. It is no easy task to find the correct connection point. We have called Truvista and were told the service call would be $50.00 to connect the cable. This is the kind of predatory overcharging that older adults can expect when businesses are free from competition and occupy monopoly status.
