They scheduled me for an appointment since Feb 2025 for Jan 19 @ 3:00 PM, then got a lot of text reminders, and a call on the same day to fill out a form before coming in. Then when i got there, the office was closed! And they NEVER answer the phone! the next day after redialing a million times, someone told me sorry, the office was closed due to the holiday! and the system must have missed my appointment! and that she doesn't know who called! read more

My experience as a member has always been good. I've been able to get same day apts and the staff has been nice and helpful. Because there are so many providers in this office, there's always an option for another opinion. I've called for weeks, emailed, left voicemails regarding a test that I did NOT take and they still billed me for. This increased my bill due by 30% and they are giving me such a hard time to remove something (by ignoring all calls, emails and voicemails) for something that I didn't even take. Upon my first visit with the NP I discussed my weight gain... and my hormones. I happen to bring my Starbucks drink in (sugar free vanilla latte with non-Fat milk) and she looked straight at me and said "well what's in that?!" I'm a mom, of three, who rarely gets to go anywhere ALONE so YIPPEE the doctor!!... i treated myself to a drink. She didn't ask me about my habits ( tracking macros, weight training 3-4 times a week) she assumed I wanted weightloss shots. I didn't even know they offered them. But NO. I'm 15 lbs overweight.. I wondered if it's my hormones and she proceeds to tell me she wouldn't do blood work to check hormones because I'm too young (38). Dishonest owner, stay away from this dishonest place. Health clinic that can't trust Customer service It's horrible, even with their vip membership so I decided to Cancel the service when a year ends in March, they told me that I have to give a 30 day notice to cancel, so I paid for April and canceled the service on april 1st. Signed the paperwork in their office and turned in to them. Owner tried to convince me to, by giving away additional 6 month of service. But I still got charged for May and 5 month later in November and December. I have questioned them in November and didn't get a response till a month later , finally after I keep coming into the office they told me because they don't have my cancellation paper work ( they lost it, they lost a lot of their paper works regarding to our membership too)and blame me for not having a copy of it. Long story short: While the medical care I've received from this practice is fine, their front of house policies/procedures need a LOT of work. If you're looking for an office that is responsive and responsible regarding medication refills and answering their phone, this isn't it. I called the office on the afternoon of 3/24 for a refill on my asthma inhaler. I was routed to the automated system and prompted to leave a message to request a refill. I did so, content that my medication would be refilled. It is now 3/29. I've had no call from the office confirming they called in my refill, I've not received a call from the pharmacy advising me that my refill is ready, and I'm waiting on hold to speak to someone at Wiregrass Direct for the third time today - the first time I got through to someone, she hung up on me; the second time, no one picked up and after 10 minutes of hold time, I was prompted to leave a message. Since the LAST message I left was apparently never tended to, I am not confident that leaving another message would result in a refill, so I have no choice but to continue calling and waiting on hold until I speak to an actual live person. I know they have an online patient portal, but I never received instructions on how to set that up and I can't get through to a live person to get the 'practice code', so I can't even go into an online patient portal to request a medication refill. I am glad I've moved because now I don't feel bad about seeking an alternate PCP - while the actual medical care I've received has been fine (in regards to staff behavior and bedside manner), I need a doctor's office that actually answers their phone and refills scripts on time. read more

My interactions with my nurse practitioner was great on my first visit. But she wanted me to try new medication. It didn't work so I called back to get a refill on my regular medication within two weeks. They said I had to come in for another appt. So I did. They gave me a 3 month refill even though every other doctor I previously had gave me 1 year refills. Its daily prescription I've been taking for 5 years no issues and does great. When I called to get a refill they stated I had to come in again! 3rd time in 3 months. On the third visit I told nurse practitioner I needed a one year refill because coming in every so often is not only time consuming, but costly. She said no one ever gives one year refills....They just want you to cont to come in so they can charge your insurance repeatedly. Front desk very rude and hangs up on you. read more

This provider ONLY cares about your money and charging up your insurance for claims. The office staff is terrible with patient care and very unorganized. Don't bother complaining to Jessica the office manager, because she will pretend like she's "unaware" of everything. Jessica literally put me on speakerphone and TEAMS UP with the staff I have the issue with... how unprofessional!! The staff ask you the same questions over and over, they make the same mistakes every time on every visit. They don't miss!!! The office tries to charge patients without including your insurance on file, staff has to be told over and over that you have insurance (that should be on file) From my experience, Jamie Marville the "provider" only cares about your money! Her and that office will do anything... to get more money out of you. *******Jamie will prescribe you meds you don't need, run tests you don't need, just to charge your insurance!! And oh if you happen to ever get into a car accident, that office would probably throw a PARTY thinking about YOUR CAR ACCIDENT CLAIM MONEYYY they will benefit from...., I LITERALLY got PRESSURED to do all kinds of test, like MRI, CT, I mean you name it! even after I told them I didn't need any test, I didn't get hurt, it was just a dent on my car! *****It was like a Salesman trying to make a sell!!! The level of care here is atrocious. During my visit Elena Chamorro-Cagwin discussed prescribing a medicine for my pain. She did not send it over until 2 days later after 3 follow up phone calls. She ordered an MRI and I dropped off the results the next day. I followed up 5 times over the next 2 days to see if she or any other doctor would be able to take 30 seconds to review the report and let me know what was going on. The first 3 times I was told sure, someone would give me a call back. No one did. On the 4th call I was told it was illegal for them to give out results over the phone. I called back again a 5th time and they then said it wasn't illegal just an office policy. And I'd have to wait a week with no idea what was going on until I could come in for an appointment (literally just for them to interpret a piece of paper for me). Save yourself the hassle. Find a better doctor for your care. read more

Wonderful team of staff and medical providers, they really look at the whole picture with your health and leave no stone unturned. Ask about the dna test for mental health medication. It's literally just a swab they put in your mouth and they send it off. And you get results for all the medication regards to any mental health issues that genetically work or don't work properly for your body! read more

Horrible practice here I went in for my first time after just moving here and I needed a refill on my blood pressure medication I have been taking for close to 3 years now i told the doctor the name of my prescription and then proceeded to show them a picture of my prescription bottles they said they don't have that prescription and it must have only had it in the other state I came from so they were going to try a new prescription even though I had been taking it for close to 3 years and with it my blood pressure is perfect. So upon leaving I called Publix and asked if they had my normal prescription and they confirmed they do in fact carry that prescription the doctor must have just put it in the system wrong. So I called the office to tell them Publix does carry the prescription and I wanted them to change it to my normal prescription they then told me I would need to schedule another visit or a tele-visit to fix the mistake they made and pay another copay for a mistake they made I argued and said I was not going to pay another copay so they can make money off their mistake. So finally they changed it now a month later my prescription is out so I call Publix for a refill and they say I have no refills so back to calling the doctors office and guess what again I would have to schedule another appointment or a tele-visit to get a refill when my old doctors office would allow refills for 6 months. They told it it was their policy I told them I was not going to go in ever single month to get a prescription I have been taking for 3 years. This place is all about money and will do anything they can to get you back in the office or schedule a tele-visit appointment to get their money do yourself and find a better place that actually cares and not only cares about the money. read more

My family has had such a horrible experience with this place. We call to talk to the doctor and leave a message and no one calls back. When we see the doctor, they say they are going to prescribe something but never send it into the pharmacy. When called about all week you never hear back or get it sent, when you do finally get someone to listen, they tell you it's been too long, and you need another appointment and the next one available is in two weeks. The staff is very rude and upset my significant other by gossiping about her near the front desk, she left in tears. They want your money but don't want to help. The doctors talk over you and don't listen. They constantly need new doctors because they keep quitting. My family has terminated our relationship with them. We even paid for the additional for the nice rooms and chairs during our visits, but always got taken back over to the regular side to the doctors. They never followed up on the paperwork we send from previous doctors. Even when we turned in the paperwork to cancel the membership, we were there at 1:15pm the office was still on lunch, and they told us they don't start seeing people again until 2pm. So, your closed from 12-1 for lunch but from 1-2 your also closed for no reason with no sign. I thought going here would help with medical needs, but this place has no interest in that, just money. When we did come for an appointment, the staff acted like we were bothering them but showing up. Horribly unprofessional. They don't know how to communicate. Save your money, stress, and time. I had a 10:30 appointment, and walked in at 10:39am. I had also confirmed the day before, and pre-registered all of my information through the portal. The receptionist didn't even greet me, she was having issues figuring out the patient's insurance ahead of me. By the time she walked away, came back, asked for help, etc. she told me that I was past my grace period. I explained that I was here at 10:39am, how is it impossible to still been seen? She then proceeded to tell me who she checked in ahead of me, and the times. She then said that she has Thursday available. No regard to me already waiting 3 weeks for an opening. Very frustrating, that having to leave work and get to an appointment, that an office would turn you away for coming in 9 minutes after the scheduled time. I will not be returning. The office manager was also no help, and proceeded to bring up a rescheduled appointment from June 2022! Horrible office, and no customer service skills. I will not be returning. read more
