Check out the BBB too, last time I looked Feth Construction was no longer a member and had a F rating. Luckily Feth only got $1600 out of me instead of the $3200 we agreed at. Their work was the equivalent of a person getting a scab on their arm, to hide it, you cover it up with a band aid. We had to hide their work with the pebble stone.

Mr. McGowan was in a hurry to get his check even before the job dried up. He applied about one-eighth of an inch of a cement layer and was quickly gone. The surface had humps and was very uneven. In addition, the work was messy and the edges were very rough. I can document their work with photos. I called him to come back and fix it. He apologized and said they were in a hurry to start another job that he would come back. In fact, he repeatedly told me he would do whatever it takes to make me happy. That turned out to be a lie because he would stop taking my phone calls as I was trying to get him back for several weeks. Eventually, as he picked up about a month later, he just hung up on me after I asked him when he would come back. I felt ripped off.
