I had to get the place clean in a hurry before my walk through with the property manager so I looked online and found a few places to call for quotes. Wise maid was more reasonably priced than some of the others with good reviews and although they sounded like their schedule was as full as the rest, they managed to squeeze me in for the day I needed. They came straight over from another job a little after 4 p.m. They called me a couple times to tell me they were running late due to traffic which was very appreciated. The kind little ladies were very fast in getting to business right away. I left them to clean for 2.5 hours then came back while they cleaned for the last 1/2 hour. The bathrooms and kitched sparkled, they did an excellent job. Especially since it was +37°C out and I have no A/C on the 14th floor on the side with all the sun exposure... extremely hot! They spent the last hour finding more stuff to clean... I had forgotten to take the food out of fridge so they asked if they could remove it so they could clean the fridge and freezer. I didn't want to bother them originally since I had forgot and they were almost done, but I appreciated that they were so adamant about cleaning it otherwise I'd have had to clean it after myself anyway. Long story short, they were very accommodating, thorough and professional for a better than average deal. I will use them again given my next opportunity.
