The installers have been great to work with - very careful moving things, did a great job prepping the rooms, and are VERY much perfectionists when it comes to the install. They really take their time to make sure all of the details are done right. Thoroughly impressed with this place from start to finish. We have a number of pets and please make sure you thoroughly read the warranties around pets - there are a few carpet brands that cover ANY stains, but when you read the fine print most of them start pro-rating the coverage VERY quickly (as in 4 or 5 years after install). We found that Karastan really had the best warranty for what we will likely need.

They solved a problem I didn't expect to be solved: some rooms already had floor strips; I didn't think it and the new strips in the remaining rooms could be made to line up. Luke and Paul lined up the flooring to make it look like it had all been laid down in the same job. Beyond that, they work smoothly and efficiently. They don't look rushed, yet they don't waste time. I imagine Bay View's other crews are just as professional. But next time I call Bay View, I'll ask for Paul and Luke.

Coordinating with multiple rooms on multiple floors with demanding guests wanting to check-in is always stressful but CnC always works through it with us and stands behind their product. They recently did four of our rooms. The first day they were to install they couldn't make it due to one of their installers being sick.
