We have *never* encountered someone so awful in all of our years and purchasing and renovating properties. He demanded more pay and higher than anyone else. Had we known what we know now, we would have never done that to ourselves - choosing a primadonna home inspector w anger issues and high price tag. No thank you.

Since we lived out of state we relied on a representative home inspection but upon moving in we…read morestarted noticing what he clearly missed and we would not have bought the house if we knew were going to have to completely repair the crawlspace because of rotting wood. Another cost thing he didn't notice was the fact that the ac duct work was not connected and was blowing air into the crawlspace. The report said he only went through part of the crawlspace because the insulation in some places were falling down. Also noticed the rotting floor by the front door which when stepped on almost fell through. Big sentences he liked to used the most was "it is serviceable" meaning he covered his ass on everything that was old, outdated and not serviceable. Since living in this house now for 30 days we have put so much money in this "money pit" so we don't fall through the floor.
