I thought that she was going to let them dry a bit and add another layer to soften them up and pick up more of the mid tones, but when I realized that this was the final look I stopped and kindly asked her if she was able to soften it up before she moved on to add any crystals. When I did this, I was immediately met with attitude. So, I asked my friend sitting beside me what she thought, and she also didn't like the nail and asked if the woman could add a bit more grey. The nail tech then proceeded to give more attitude and even raised her voice in the salon saying that I was "wasting her time." Needless to say, she has horrible customer service and I would not recommend this place to anyone if you would be paired with her. WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE! I will not be returning to this salon and giving them any business.

Maybe that should have been our first clue. I asked for the collagen pedicure. Rio, the technician was rough, fast and applied too much pressure. He started by taking off my polish with a Dremmel. I thought it was strange but it has been years since I had been there and thought that's how they took their polish off. No, I found out when I checked out that he charged me $5 to take my polish off. When I questioned it. I was told it was due to having gel on my toes. I did not and had regular polish there for him to put on. Part of my package was wax- he had me dipped in wax for 3 minutes. 3. It didn't even harden during that short time. The worst part? It's been 2 hours and my polish is still wet and of course, my polish is ruined despite having my flip flops on. I have NEVER experienced polish being wet 2 hours prior and after sitting under the dryer. My daughter liked her technician but the wax was put on after her gel was applied and was only in the wax for 3 to 4 minutes as well. Do yourself and your bank account a favor and go somewhere else. I am so mad at myself that I paid over $100 for poor service plus a 20% tip.
