I was thankful that a friend referred me to Patrick of Miracle Creation. I explained to him what needs to be done and he was able to quote me a price that's 50% less than my downtown vendors. You bet I was happy. Don't know why there's such a price difference between my downtown vendors and the one given by Patrick @ Miracle Creation.
