I love duck fat and bread so I enjoyed that and was satisfied with my salad since I wasn't that hungry, but I would save my appetite and have a meal here on my next ride. There is interesting art around the building and pretty good views. I dunno if it really deserves a four but it is better than a three for sure.

There aren't a lot of restaurant options up here, and I was excited to find a German restaurant close by. The restaurant is very small, and even on a Monday I had to sit at the bar, because all of the tables were full. The service was warm and friendly, but the food was mediocre. I ordered the pork with green sauce, which the menu said came with salad and potatoes. The salad was simply green leaves with maybe a half teaspoon of dressing. The portion of potatoes was woefully small. There were the equivalent of two very small fingerling potatoes on the plate. The pork was perfectly cooked, and the green sauce was delicious, but the whole thing was served room temperature. I thought the whole experience was overpriced for what it was.
