He ensures to verbally check in with you during the massage to make sure his pressure is "just right" or during your stretch session that you are comfortable. He will have you relaxed and feeling like human jello in no time flat. Lobby and reception areas were very clean and the atmosphere is super relaxing, check in was easy and smooth. While waiting to be called back you can sit on a very comfy couch and partake of a refreshing infused water. Joey, the woman who works the front desk, is extremely pleasant and helpful with any questions you may have; I would suggest you get a membership as you will want to keep coming back. The treatment room I was in is phenomenal, much larger than I was expecting, very spa-like feel. I appreciated being able to put my clothes on a valet stand - that was a pleasant surprise and a lovely unexpected touch. You can tell there was a lot of thought and planning that went into creating an environment that would facilitate a calming response to your mind and body. From the moment you walk in the lighting, music choice, color palate, the different fabrics and textures help your mind and body switch gears from your busy day. The discount was kind I think it was $70 each for a 55 min massage but I just wish they would've stuck with their word. And maybe there was also confusion on my part but I confirmed it multiple times with the person I initially spoke with so it's frustrating that it didn't workout the way she said it would.
