Long considered the fiefdom of fifteen year old sluts, I have recently rediscovered Supre. I'm not…read moresure if it's because I myself am embracing the inner skanky teen, the clothes are becoming nicer or the trend of the day is sluzza. Regardless, I find myself drawn to the neon lights and glitter that is Supre. And it's not half bad! For the price you must pay, you get a helluva lot more than you would at most other shops in Chatswood Westfield. The easy sizing system (XXXS - XXXL) means that most people can find what they like in their size ASAP, and not feel too offended by what the label says. The other great thing about Supre is that it allows us to be trendy, not spendy (geddit?) For a fraction of what you'd pay for on-trend items elsewhere, Supre has them - in all the colours of the rainbow. Not mad about the top in pink? Go the black option. Prefer the shorts in faux denim? Also possible. However, with cheapness comes... cheapness. Supre is not built to last, nor is it built to make you look classy. After all, the top that's $50 elsewhere comes out of Supre for $35. But then, Supre never pretended to be all hand-made organic cotton - then fell to pieces. It was never the shop that sold rare, handcrafted lace pieces - that can't be washes. No, Supre is the place to go to give your wardrobe a cheeky update, a quick shot of this season fashion, without breaking the bank. Call it what you will, but Supre has endured and even grown in an incredibly tough retain climate.

I've never been a huge Supre fan. Cheap and cheerful it is, particularly for those who have a very…read morelimited budget. Tops my be $5 a piece but they fall apart after a few washes and you'd end up spending as much if not more than if you'd bought a quality made garment. The thing about this store is that it's small. So unlike the warehouse size versions I've seen elsewhere, where your more likely to find something a little more unique than a plain singlet, this one is pretty anti-variety. If you are a Supre fan I wouldn't make a special trip to this store.

I like this woman's clothing store a lot as long as you can turn one blind (just one because…read moreotherwise you're not going to be able to see) eye to the price. The clothes are smart, structured and fit for a woman. They have silk and cotton tops, skirts, dresses, trousers, and scarves as well as sunglasses and they will suit if you are a conservative or a classic dresser. I have a beautiful cream cotton and silk top with black stripes that I bought here which I love. I also bought some great dark blue straight-leg trouser pants here which have served me really well. So yes, the prices are more on the expensive side but there's no need to empty out the store - a couple of pieces from here will benefit your wardrobe nicely. Also, if you think you've seen this store before take note that it's the more cool-casual twin of Max Mara which looks and feel more corporate.

I shop at the Sydney Chifley Square store and with the help of "my stylist" also known as the store manager (Pam ?? ) I walk away with a divine mix of clothes that I never could have put together myself. Initially I think "that's not me" but I'm asked to try on a few pieces and to my surprise they make me feel that I would be at home in Paris or Milan. Ok, Ok, my friends at least tell me I look chic, I guess it's the confidence that is inspired by "my stylist" and the suggestions of which classic pieces that I could add and also accessories that Max & Co may not sell. This limits my impulse buying of clothes that I regret and may not even wear. I should add that you may not initially appreciate that being told "that does not suit you" or "try this size" but at the end of the day you are not told that you look "great" in something that does not suit you or fit you properly. Get a "stylist" or use mine at Chifley Plaza, I call it "no regret" shopping and is cheaper in the long run.
