Each and every piece in this collection is from Entity. A boutique like no other in Sydney set in Chastwood Chase, this is the place to shop if you're looking for something standout with a long life. The racks are bursting with labels like Zambesi, Nom D, Nolita, Rare, Marnie Skillings, Kate Sylvester, Camilla & Marc, Cohen & Sabine...the list goes on. The shop is owned and often manned by Fiona who does all the buying and has an excellent eye. She is an enthusiastic sales person but if you're willing to accept her help she really will pull something fantastic for you. She won't ever try to sell you in to something that doesn't look good on you. The store is pricy, but trust me the investment is always well worth it. Tip to grab a bargain? Entity has excellent sales at sale time, so hit it up at tax time or post Christmas.

With Zara, Uniqlo, Top Shop and now H&M there's global fashion up the wazoo down Chatty way these days. This H&M is big, there's no homewares section but if you're looking for clothes you're well and truly covered, we're talking stumble-out-with-16-outfits type shopping, and they've kept the price points hella cheap (unlike, say, Sephora. Oh yes, we know about you, Sephora. For shame). Go. Splurge. There's even some limited edition shopping bags for the true believers.

They also had some interesting bead jewelery which wasn't of my tastes but I liked that they were pretty and unique - I imagine they would suit many others tastes. The paper pot plant cards complete with organic seeds and sweet power were lovely. Go hear for gifts made by local designers and their unique creations. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Regardless, I find myself drawn to the neon lights and glitter that is Supre. And it's not half bad! For the price you must pay, you get a helluva lot more than you would at most other shops in Chatswood Westfield. The easy sizing system (XXXS - XXXL) means that most people can find what they like in their size ASAP, and not feel too offended by what the label says. The other great thing about Supre is that it allows us to be trendy, not spendy (geddit?) For a fraction of what you'd pay for on-trend items elsewhere, Supre has them - in all the colours of the rainbow. Not mad about the top in pink? Go the black option. Prefer the shorts in faux denim? Also possible. However, with cheapness comes... cheapness. Supre is not built to last, nor is it built to make you look classy. After all, the top that's $50 elsewhere comes out of Supre for $35. But then, Supre never pretended to be all hand-made organic cotton - then fell to pieces. It was never the shop that sold rare, handcrafted lace pieces - that can't be washes. No, Supre is the place to go to give your wardrobe a cheeky update, a quick shot of this season fashion, without breaking the bank. Call it what you will, but Supre has endured and even grown in an incredibly tough retain climate.

I found that a bit amazing since I was one of the only people in the store. I always thought the prices are a bit high, but hey, that's what sales racks are good for. In the sales rack, good tops go for about $35. I like Witchery so definitely try it out if you're looking for some good quality, simple clothing. But don't expect any service here.

Also, I'm not sure what demographic the owner of this shop is aiming at. There is the odd nod to teen wear with cut-off T-shirts and lacy black things which the buyer had obviously thought "hmm, semi-naked, that's what young people like right?" But this idea is juxtaposed by putting dresses and twin sets with mumsy prints and bad colour combinations alongside them. I'd be impressed if anyone found something flattering in here.
