I came in to purchase hair dye and I knew what I wanted to get and went straight to grab it. I asked specifically "is this all I will need?", She said "yes" and we went to check out. I get home, proceed to read and follow directions but there is 0 color in the product, I've seen that with some stuff before so I let it set a bit, nothing. I wash it out and head to bed. I go to return it the next day and low and behold it's her working again, I tell her I would like a refund, the product is terrible and doesn't work at all! She tells me "uh yeah because you use a developer with it!" With a smart tone. I stared at her, shocked. She didn't tell me that when I asked prior and then was rude about it. I would rather go anywhere else than shop here. The other girl working also bragged about lying to customers "just to make sales" and they stay on their phone more than they bother helping customers.
