I am not happy with service any longer, today it was my pick up day, the did empty the container but left the box of trash on the side of the container. I don't understand what we're they thinking did I leave the box next to the container for a picture to be taken with. or was a decoration piec. few other times they complained that my container was over filled because the lid was open around between 6inches to 1 foot that made it over full and shouldn't do that anymor. I am not happy. I pay what they ask for but the service is not good. also what if i have diapers and othe food waste in the box they left behin, holding on to it for another weem will definitely evolve into maggets (fly baby worms). read more

This company is ridiculous. They are triple the price of any other company. They charge for every little thing. They are completely against helping out in anyway. They want me to pay $75 for my garbage can to be picked up when I cancel service. All they do is say "sorry" but they are never willing to help or do anything. DO NOT USE WASTE MANAGEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL TRASH & RECYCLING SERVICE!!! The company raised my rate $38 in one quarter to $104.48, which is $47 more than my new residential service that includes weekly recycling instead of bi-weekly recycling. Retrieved the two small recycle bins that we previously paid for and have been using for the last 15 years, longer than our recently cancelled service contract. Charged my bank account the new quarterly rate after I cancelled the auto-pay well in advance of the due date. And now are only giving me a $41.32 credit for two weekly trash pickups (7/6 & 7/12), one recycling pickup (7/12) and to my knowledge, didn't credit me a missed recycling pickup on 6/28. In case you didn't do the math, that is $63.16 for the two trash pickups and one recycle pickup. Can you tell I am mad as hell!!! read more

Highly disappointed. My bill was paid on nov 14th. Thursday nov 15th my trash was picked up. Since then no pick up! I called they said someone would be out friday nov 30th. No show. I recieved a conformation email that they would do a pick up friday. It is not Saturday evening. My trash is still sitting out at the road. No call or email explanning. No large items and all right size containers. If you forget to pay your bill they charge a $45 service restart fee. For trash???? Come on! Needless to say i called many times today and got hung up on everytime. I sent a message if i did not hear from them amd if my traah was still here by this evening I would post a review like this. I guess they are not concerned. I will let all my neighbors know since they are all looking at my trash at the road for the 3rd day. read more

Don't use Waste Management. They are the worst. Overpriced. Missed pickups. Misinformation in emails. Will not refund for missed service. Will not call back as promised. Whatever you do, do not use Waste Management. read more

Awful, awful place. Try calling their phone number some time. Endless maze of useless recorded messages. No information about who can recycle and what. They should not charge you to recycle and anybody should be able to drop off if they were really serious about doing something to benefit the environment. There aren't even any recycle bins anymore since nobody can make it through the gauntlet of regulations. read more
