The young men that owned and ran the company were very knowledgeable about carpets and the process and articulated it well. They were very careful as they worked. Scott Schneider came out and spent time walking though the house with me discussing their process and pointing out spots his expert eye caught that I had not noticed before. The day of the cleaning the two men that came out (sorry I've forgotten their names) were clean cut and professional. We did another walkthrough of the house before they started the work. I was not able to stay while they were working and left them to close up when they were done; which they did.
