Issue resolved. ----- Marietta Daily Journal My Request for Services - I contracted with The Henry Herald Online newspaper for newspaper services. Marietta Daily Journal owns the Henry Herald Newspaper. I paid a total of $54.38 between July 2025 and March 2026. The Issue - The services were never delivered. Response - I have contacted management repeatedly over a three-month period between March 4, 2026 and June 10, 2026. On March 24th, Marietta Daily Journal representatives explicitly acknowledged the error via telephone and requested me to send a detailed list of transactions in question. They promised a full reimbursement. Status - Despite these explicit admissions of fault and multiple promises to pay, the business has failed to issue the refund and continues to delay resolution.

Like many of these hometown newspaper these days MDJ has thinned out over the years. But still its great for local news and if you are looking for things to do on the weekend these guys have you covered. BookLogix was one of the few companies who would print such a large manuscript and complete it in hard cover. My experience with them was wonderful. The staff were terrifically helpful and fun to work with. I must have downloaded files seven times - and they patiently helped my though each one. If I ever write another book - I will go directly to BookLogix. They are fair, the quality of the product was excellent and they were efficient and timely.
