Horrible!! Spoke to Sarah in News over a month ago about doing a story. I mailed her the documents as requested. No one from the station ever contacted me. I called literally about 30 times to follow up. Just kept getting blown off! Finally spoke to Michelle in the business office who told me that Sarah mailed my docs back. I used to love this news company but the current morning line up is just so lame. Neil is about as funny as a root canal and comes off as that creepy uncle, Dhammi is one of the worst news anchors I have ever witnessed in the past 50 years and Asa just has no personality. Switched to channel 10. Much better morning line up with a little flair and you dont have to watch the stupid dog pictures when all you want to know is what the weather is going to be like. read more

I've read some other reviews here and just don't agree. I find Phil and Paul refreshing. I'm nearly 70 and Phil can reminisce about stuff I remember. When Ed passed from CBS I felt lost. Nobody my age to report the news. Then I discovered Phil on NBC. Phil adds great insight to the morning news. Haven't seen him lately, what's up???? Paul is no nonsense weather. Although Tom Mailey (spelling??) from CBS was THE weatherman. Paul is lowkey no crap weather reporting. Keep these guys. As we used to say in Brooklyn, if it ain't broke don't fix it.. I'm fairly certain there is some rule against running advertising DURING programming. I don't mean during a break in the program. I mean stealing 30 seconds out of a program to grease your palms with a little more advertising cash. Now I'll just start keeping track of dates and times to report to the FCC. This is the channel we go to for local news and weather. Of course the weather team isn't right 100% of the time or their call sign would be GOD TV. My only concern is why the commercials are still louder than programming even though the Feds have mandated that the vol. should be the same so that you don't have to click the vol. up & down all the time. All the stations I watch aren't in any better compliance. read more

OK channel 13, I've moved you up a couple of stars. You can thank Neil Estano for that. He is all I ever want in a weather person. He gives you a little friendly intro but he GETS RIGHT TO THE WEATHER. He gives a little weather explanation when necessary (...these are just fair weather variety of clouds) and I don't have to get the Neil Estano story...even though I used to see him doing the weather in Baltimore when I was down there.
