First off, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. From check-in to any questions about equipment, they always greet you with a smile. whether you're a beginner or a regular lifter, you feel comfortable working out here. The facility itself is well maintained. The cardio machines are almost always available, and the strength equipment is organized. I especially appreciate how often I see staff cleaning and restocking sanitizer stations. The locker rooms are also kept clean, which is a huge plus.
