Terrible service. It was my first time being there. My original vet could not see my dog right away…read moreso I called this place instead. My dog was weak in the hind end and we felt she needed to see a vet right away. I walked in, said I was here for an appointment and the receptionist ignored me. I stood there in front of her for a long time and was not greeted. No one was around so she was not preoccupied. I finally see the vet. She evaluated my dog, did not take x-rays and said my dog had a slipped disc. Next, she tells me that she will do conservative treatment because the surgery was going to cost $5,000. After that, she "lectures" me in front of other employees telling me that my dog should not jump off furniture or go down steps and should always be kenneled because she is a dachshund and are prone to hurt their backs. I am aware because I have owned three dachshunds. She was rude and cold. So I kept my original date with my original vet which was two days later. My original vet took x-rays and found my dog has bone spurs. She does not need surgery and her condition is treatable. After one day, she is already feeling better. I will never go back to this horrible place. I have unused, unnecessary medication because of this misdiagnosis. The manager will not reimburse me for their misdiagnosis. Shame on that vet for not taking a step further in listening to me to give an x-ray. This vet was too concerned about treating me terribly. Do not waste your time or money here.

They remembered our dogs immediately when we took them in the second time. We periodically travel from home (Glendive) to Bozeman to see family so this is a nice convenient place for us to board the dogs on the way. Definitely will take them again on our next trip.

Now she is an adult and they put her with a little dogs and she nipped one of the dogs, she's a hurting dog and they kicked her out. The staff loves our dog, but the son of the owner who runs the place doesn't know how to handle dogs and mixes big dogs with little dogs because he doesn't want to pay staff to keep them separate because of this. I don't recommend that you take your dog there.

Having them make house calls is top notch! So much easier. She was patient when one of them was nervous and just let her get comfortable before trying anything. Prices are very reasonable as well. That followup was a hectic day for the clinic and I was unable to visit with her so I rescheduled. Alas, today no excuses at this second followup but the nurse was there to address my concerns which she did do a good job. It is frustrating to not directly visit with the doctor which I again requested should have happened on my pet's followup to the followup!
