I had no worries leaving our home in her care for hours. She had agreed to use only pet-friendly chemicals and just seemed very professional and trustworthy. When she was going to be delayed, she got in touch immediately. Very pleasant person. After she was done our whole house looked and felt fantastic. We've spent hours going back and re-cleaning what she missed, and we're still not done. Some easy obvious stuff, my fiancee said repeatedly I can't believe she missed this. Julia seems honest and nice, I think her intentions were good, so the only explanation I can come up with is that she's not competent to do an unsupervised deep clean.
