Otherwise the flavor was fine and it was prepared pretty well.
I give them a thumbs up for really trying to be as authentic as possible. They welcome you with the common Japanese greeting 'Irashaimasen' and our server could relay her order in Japanese
The noodle shop also was narrow and looked like a noodle shop in Japan.
