First of all, I want to say I love seafood so much. But going to this seafood buffet was one of the worst dining experiences. The shrimp were so sandy and gritty that I could feel them grinding between my teeth as I chewed. Couldn't eat anymore of those. The best thing there was the crabs in my picture. Everything else was less than average. We were all very hungry and even waited an hour to eat till this place opened. Very disappointed. Left feeling nauseous.

Huge verity of choices! too many seafood that I don't even remember what they were, there are options of cooked and ready to eat, or raw for the chef to help you prepare. Seafood: Crabs, lobsters, snow crab legs, mussel, etc and more..... Raw steak, chick, vegetables can be prepared upon your request. Sushi; was pretty good for been at a all you can eat place. Vegetables; so many options... Paella, fried rice, plain rice... Stewed pork in Asian way, or German way! Desert; pastries, fresh fruits, sweet coconut rice cake. ***************************************************** Restroom is one thing that I deducted one point! It seems ok cleaned, but the toilet has no seat covers! No matter man or woman side. ***************************************************** Caution!! Watch your own bag... Our next table got their bag stolen, and the husband was sitting right at the table when it happened!! Everything else was great for us to experience here at this restaurant, our server was a very nice lady.

Calamari, fried rice, paella and beef and broccoli.

It's my understanding that this buffet style establishment opened just recently. They have a wonderful selection of seafood, paella, Chinese and assorted vegetable dishes. I ate here twice while in Barcelona and will definitely go back the next time I'm there!

I don't understand why the ratings are so low here. It's a buffet. And for a buffet, the food was really pretty good. They have a huge selection of seafood here. In addition to the precooked food, they also have a grill area where you choose want you want cooked. The bar with the raw seafood was pretty impressive. They had about 5 different species of shrimp and probably as many different types of clams. They even had razor clams. The night we went, they even had lobster on the buffet. Obviously the lobster goes fast so if that's the reason you're going, I'd ask to sit next to the buffet. Service is decent here but don't be afraid to flag down a waitress if you need a refill. Also, you clear your own plates here. There are stations with trash cans and bins for your dirty plates.

I arrived that evening late in Barcelona so we went here because it was near our apartment and also a friend told me about it. It's a typically Chinese Buffets place but the thing is they offer a lot of seafood and many other choices! Of course the quality is not as high as at the market but everything for around 20$ you can't expect more! Only go there if you like seafood because the meat isn't tasty.

Seen many of those asian buffet places around the world, but seldom have i seen this amount of choice in dishes to try. Overall atmosphere seems ok when you enter but soon becomes one of a school cafeteria with lines of tables. Staff could be a bit frienlier but service was not pushing for extra drinks after the first. No photos allowed, so no party pics. Quality of food is decent but as all buffets not top quality meats. But with a price of 16 euro you get what you pay for. Ready dishes, cooked on the plancha your chosen raw ingredients and sushi for the mains and a choise of desserts and icecream. Would i go again? Yes and no. Alone no, but with a seafood lover for sure

The food is not fresh. Way too many people here. They did not clean their seafood properly, lots of sand in the food.

for a buffet, this place ain't bad. as others mentioned, huge selections of seafood (shrimps, clams, mussels, squid), as well as limited sushi rolls. The stuff they prepare for you at the grill station taste much better, perhaps because they are freshly made in front of you instead of the stale food at the steam tables.

Great for seafood. I went at lunch and it wasnt crowded at all. This place is the cheapest and freshest seafood buffet I ever gone! Only 14€ for food but drink can be bit expensive

I arrived for a late lunch (according to American standards, of course, as it was probably perfect timing for the rest of the Spaniards in the restaurant) and was quickly seated. I had gotten my filling of tapas during my stay in Barcelona and needed a bit of palate cleanser with a hearty, flavorful bao filled with meat -- a bit like an Asian taco, if you will. I stood firm in my order despite it feeling like heresy as "ramen" is in the name of the restaurant and a quick look around me revealed that most of the tables were definitely enjoying their ramen. Still, with things like pad thai and kimchi on the menu, I felt like I had permission to indulge in my cravings. I dug into a starter of some chicken karaage (Japanese fried chicken) that came with some homemade teriyaki sauce on the side. The chicken was perfectly crispy and the teriyaki sauce complemented its flavor instead of being too overwhelming. But the order did seem a bit on the pricier side at €7.50, which is basically the same price as one of the baos, so I think I would've ordered an extra one instead. As for the baos, I got three: the pork, the chicken, and the shrimp. They all tasted very similar to each other -- the pickled cucumber and carrot on the pork and the sauces on the shrimp did most of the heavy lifting, so I barely tasted the difference in meat. There are other places that ofter this bao delicacy in Barcelona (my reco would be Boa Bao) so come to Koku Kitchen for the ramen and gyoza instead. I did appreciate the decor of the place, especially the flower placed in a brown apothecary-esque bottle and the dim, hip vibes of the bathroom.

Well I was curious to see how good or bad ramen place would be in Spain. Well curiosity killed the cat and my wallet for wasting my money . Restaurant was packed. I thought we would wait but was asked to follow one of the staff. Went downstairs and saw another dining room which was cool. Also packed with people so I was little excited to taste the food. Ordered angry chicken bao.. Don't know why it was angry because it wasn't spicy at all. Took a bite and was trying to figure out what the sauce was.. Little taste of peanut. Bao was alright but not worth the money for how much it cost for one. Then got the pork gyoza. Not bad, not much flavor but wasn't horrible. Then the main dish I ordered spicy miso ramen and pad Thai.. Why I ordered pad Thai at Japanese restaurant in Spain? I have no idea. Presentation of ramen was good. Tasted the broth and I was confused because it tasted sweet and lacked in miso flavor and no spice what so ever. Ramen was cooked little al dente. Employee was nice enough to offer chilli.. So added about 4 spoonful and tasted little better. Over all the ramen was pure disappointment, probably the worst ramen I ate at a restaurant. Then the pad Thai.. Tiny little bowl only with shrimp cut in half on top. I thought I was disappointed with ramen but man... This dish was utter failure.. No way anything near pad Thai flavor. It tasted like egg fried noodle with shrimp on top. It lacked in so much flavor. So dinner was pretty sad.. I could not recommend this place to anyone.. And holy smoke 5.50 for side of kimchee.. What the heck.. Can't wait to tell my mom how much they were charging for side of kimchee...

They said it is not allowed to share a menu and everybody has to order a menu for themselves. It is written on the menu that the menu is for minimum two people (which basically means that you cannot go there alone!) and when we asked for 2 menus to share between the 4 of us they said there is no way (There are 3 menus of fixed 40, 65 and 50 euros per person). This rule is not mentioned in their website or their menu whatsoever. When asked, the waiter who claimed to own the place said "I have to run this business and profit, and I cannot allow this". He was rude and trying to embarrass us to force us to go with his scheme, to rip us off by what basically was minimum of 40 euros per person rule! We decided to leave and asked for the bill for 2 bottles of water that we ordered and he said that is a gift from them (in a rude and downgrading way) and another waiter tried to charge us for them at the exit. Our reason to leave was that we did not plan to eat that much and spend that much that night, but mainly because of their arrogant, unfriendly and rude behaviour.
